Pros: A fabulous hotel in a great location just off the main square. Staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We were upgraded to a suite and treated to champagne when they discovered it was my birthday. Free wifi. A free smartphone was provided which we didnt use. Excellent breakfast.

Pros: Everything! Room is wonderful, very close to the central area, courteous staff, etc

Pros: Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We arrived, jet-lagged, at 1pm and our room was ready. We were able to settle in, have a badly needed nap before going out for a walk. The hotel itself is centrally located, a ten minute walk to the old town square but in a very quiet neighbourhood. Our room, spacious and impeccably clean was at one end of the hotel, facing the courtyard and calm. The all-day breakfast was very appreciated as we were able to go out early one morning and come back to have breakfast at 10 am. Many hotels close their breakfast room at that time. All that being said, what made this an exceptional stay was the lady at the reception (whose name sadly and shamefully I cannot remember right now) who was so incredibly helpful and cheerful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, told us the best way to get places and even reserved the restaurant for us one night. You can even buy tram tickets at the reception which is so very helpful. Dekuji! If we go back to Prague, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Reception absolutely fantastic, young, with a smile, all needed info given... The bed is comfy and linens make you feel like in 5* property. Also, cushions were fantastic.

Cons: I stayed in an attic room...so a bit lack of open view (not natural light as there is Velux) but I knew what I booked. Shower might have a better water pressure...but now I'm being picky :) Great place to stay in Prague and for sure will be back...

Pros: Extremely cosy and comfortable room. Free toiletries of good quality. Nice location. Helpful staff. All day breakfast was extremely awesome. Location was great and had loads of stuff nearby. Could walk easily all around. Overall the hotel was a good choice for me.

Cons: There is no board to put outside the room for dnd or making up the room. The room service staff have a fixed timing and they knock ur door daily until u wake up n attend to them. This was a bit disturbing. And the rooms arent soundproof either, could hear the noises from the corridor. the lighting in the room needs improvement. The water bottles should have been complimentary atleast.

Pros: The Icon is very handy to Prague attractions but in a quiet side street. The hotel is clean and tidy with spacious rooms. The staff a friendly and helpful. The tapas restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. It is handy to the main station but the airport pick up was very handy.

Pros: Front disk and resturant staff wonderful very helpful all of them Maria, Ki..., Effie, and the other guy worked atr night good thing they had ticket for metro at hotel if one of them did know ask the other one and finally we got the best answer breakfast we excellent I have been in Roma, Paris, Espain, Amesterdam, best buffet here

Pros: They property was in a perfect location, the staff were extremely helpful with maps etc and the breakfast was fab all you can eat and lots of variety!

Pros: The rooms are spacious. Great beds and covers. The service is kind. Breakfast is nice too. And the location is so convenient.

Pros: Amazing staff. Special mention to Effi and Kirill who are a credit to the hotel. Lovely location off the tourist tracks but still easy access to all of Prague. Rooms comfortable, great restaurant and bar. Spa was fantastic. Creesa and the other masseuse were fantastic.

Cons: A very small point is the drainage in the bath tub isn’t great.

Pros: Very well located, in the centre of everything, yet room was very quiet. Very comfy beds :)

Cons: If I was being hyper critical I’d say the corridors are a bit too dark!

Pros: It’s hard to remember staying at an hotel where the manager and his staff were so welcoming and helpful. This, coupled with the fact that the hotel is very convenient for the castle and set in quiet surroundings - along with its cleanliness, and very acceptable free breakfasts - made it easy to fall in love with.

Cons: There were, however, one or two niggles with the room, primarily the lack of drawers/shelving to unpack into/onto (we did mention this to the manager), but with no two rooms being the same it would be unfair to judge the whole hotel on these.

Pros: The rooms are amazingly decorated I was given a room at the end of the hotel and just going and coming from/to my room is an adventure it self The breakfast is nice Location is perfect, though it is located just next to the castel you will still need to walk upwards to which may be a problem for aged people

Cons: Walking up to the hotel is quite exhusting Price varise alot, early bookings saves you minimum 50 euro a night

Cons: Unfortunately we were assigned a room in the cellar which was hidden within the buildings and really below standard for the price paid.

Pros: At first, we thought it would be too far from old town but it turned out to be just right, It was very close to the Palace complex, the cathedral, Monasteries, churches , Charles bridge etc.. It is down the hill to Old Town. We used the Metro and trams to get to further locations. It is a walk up the hill. A bit of energy is required. The Staff, especially Milos were very friendly. Room was great (they upgraded us because we stayed 11 nights Rare customers it seems). Nerudova Street can be busy and loud. If you sleep with your windows closed no problem (They have AC), otherwise, ask for a quiet room in the back. . Breakfast was included with a good variety of food items. Quite acceptable.

Pros: Central location close to Prague castle, but still quiet. Requires climbing up a hilly road. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel vibe generally very nice. A good mid-priced hotel for people who want to explore central Prague, particularly good for couples (a bit less for families with kids)

Cons: Nothing special, maybe the fact that you have to climb the street to reach it. There are a lot of people on Neruda St. during the day time as the road leads directly to Prague Castle

Pros: Room: well designed room, bed is comfortable and the shower is very good. As the room gives into the internal courtyard of the hotel, the room is quiet. Breakfast: good variety Staff: some staff were nice and friendly Location: conveniently close to trams (550m). Do know that the hotel is on the top of a hill. It wasn't an issue for us, but I could see it being difficult for some people. Facilities: they have a SPA but we didn't have a chance to try it out. They have umbrellas available. Make sure to ask one in case it's raining.

Cons: Room: the room doesn't have any ventilation system. As the window is super small and gives into the courtyard, there's no air at all. We were in Prague in October, it was around 15C outside but the room was boiling hot! We asked whether there was any air system or air conditioning but they don't. The airco becomes the heating system as of October 1st which is nonsense. The bathroom amenities were not renewed. After 2 days, the shower cap could not be reused for example. Such a pity. The TV remote control also didn't work. We asked to have it fixed several times but the "technician" couldn't figure it out. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet is narrow and small. The breakfast tables are so close to each other that it's uncomfortable at times. They should rethink the space. No lactose free options unfortunately. My husband found a piece of a lady's nail in his cereal which was completely off-putting! Staff: some staff were just unhelpful but kept a smile on their face which was so weird. Facilities: They offer free Tea and cake from Thursday to Sundays which proved to be very disappointing. The cakes are simply leftovers from breakfast... once it's eaten, there's no replacement so make sure to hurry up!

Pros: The location is excellent. Close to the action but far enough away to have quiet. The breakfast was great. Very good selection and the pastry was exceptional.

Cons: Early morning noise as the restaurant is set up. Room's windows face on courtyard where the restaurant is located. Just close the window.

Cons: They decided to charge 20€ additional. After paying 60€ for 2 days parking, they charged 10€ to take the car to the garage and 10€ more to bring it back. These charges were not informed in the booking website when reserving.

Pros: The room was amazing - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were top class and we would highly recommend the Deer restaurant for dinner. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help - a brilliant stay.

Pros: I liked every thing. I am a frequent traveler and i found this hotel staff very professional and i do mean it. They care for very tiny things to make your stay enjoyable. They are welcoming children very well. My daughter and son have very special preparation from hotel including special bath tools and toys. I enjoyed the suite which we were kept in. The decorations were special. The restaurant was super-special with live piano and open sky.

Pros: large, airy room. asked for a twin ( 2 ladies) but upgraded free to a suite which had a double bed. however. hotel immediately made up the bed settee for me so in effect we had a bedroom each. staff- nothing too much trouble

Cons: the bath. it was huge but also you needed a wide stretch to climb into it. it would have been impossible for some people to use and there wasnt a separate shower so no alternative bathing facilities. also there needed to be a handle on the wall as climbing out of the bath was a leap of faith with nothing to hold on to

Pros: The transfer from and to the airport with a private car was good and the price is fair too.

Pros: The location is very good, can access most attraction in Prague (The Old Town, the bridge and Castle,...) also the location is near to metro and tramp, great location.

Cons: I booked the triple rooms and pay nearly double the price, but our room is twin bed + extra bed, the room is very narrow for 3 of us, not satisfied with this.

Pros: We stayed only for one night but could easily have extend our stay. All major attractions are a stone throw away. This was particularly important for our 2yo. The room was super comfortable and so the facilities. Staff at reception are super friendly and willing to make our stay even better.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to make our visit pleasant. The room was quiet, and reasonably well set up. Very close to train station, and very convenient to most parts of Prague.

Pros: The hotel was lovely and felt very clean. The room was a good size. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station, and about 10 minute to the old town. The breakfast was beyond amazing! It had everything you could want. I'm vegetarian and gluten free, and my husband loves bread and meat and we both were very satisfied.

Cons: We traveled with 3 children We have asked for connected Rooms or at least adjusted but got 2 rooms on different sizes of the hotel with half a floor distance - 5 minutes walking distance... After the first night they moved us to 2 room that were closer The hotel is very expensive but The rooms are descent but not great Breakfast is very basic although the breakfast restaurant is very nice and comfortable The staff wasn’t nice and helpful and that is understatement

Pros: Clean, spacious, quiet, and easy to get to from the train station. The boyf and I like walking around so taking that 5-10 min walk each day to the center wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for lazy tourists.

Cons: Double beds are literally two beds pulls together... but that's a Europe thing, not a Yasmin hotel thing.
