Pros: Beautiful facilities and a very comfortable experience. The staff was warm, courteous, and professional. The hotel's ambience is perfect for a peaceful stay not far from downtown Prague, and the food and service were outstanding. I will stay here again in the future.

Pros: The room was very clean and tidy and there were no noisy neighbours. The hotel was very secure.

Pros: The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially female staff, who were friendly and extremely helpful regarding any guidance or suggestions about the city, especially getting around on public transportation. The lobby atmosphere was very informal: I might end up having a 20-minute chat with one of the staff members about this or that, and I felt that to some extent I made friends with them. I also liked the small bar in the lobby, especially that it offered espresso. Hotel location can be a plus or a minus. It is not so convenient, but that meant that I had to begin learning immediately to get around by tram, and I think this gave me a bit more of an honest look at the life of Prague than a central, tourist-area location would.

Pros: from the beginning we had a wonderful experience. Our flight got us into Prague at about 9 am and when we arrived at the hotel they had our room available!! The special czech breakfast was offered to us and it was really delicious!!! The staff was extremely helpful and gave us a wonderful welcome with drinks and an explanation of things to do/see and how to get around. We have visited the old restaurant "koliba" and we spent beautiful evenenig there. Our stay was excellent.
