Pros: The watermark is in an excellent location! Very clean, comfy, and welcoming!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel. Valet was very welcoming. The bar staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Only a couple of things that needs consideration. One is that we had a skylight in our room, which was fine, but there was not a shade for it. First thing in the morning the light starts coming in the room. This is not conducive for sleeping in:( Also, our room was a wonderful size, but there is no place for actually getting ready like hair and makeup. With the sink being on the smaller size for counter space, I felt that the large extra space in the room could have been used for a dressing area with a mirror and plugs for dressing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Room was gorgeous and comfortable.
Cons: Issues at front desk.. after I checked in and was in the room, front desk checked some other guest to my room .. suddenly someone came into my room ... not a pleasant situation. Front desk did offer some compensation.

Pros: The bed and pillows! This was the best night's sleep in a long time. A great ending to travels.
Cons: none
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, hotel was clean, room was attractive with all usual amenities, breakfast menu was limited to mostly hot items, but what was offered was good. Staff in restaurant and front desk were friendly.
Cons: On two consecutive nights of my four night stay, I went to the bar and was told it was closed, even though staff was present, and I arrived 15 minutes before advertised closing on one night and 30 minutes before closing on the second. Pricing for the breakfast was very confusing. a sign said the price was over $13, but a waitress said it was $11. Some rooms get coupons for a free breakfast, but coupons can be purchased for $10. After I purchased two tickets, I found that staff did not collect them anyway. Room charges as a result of initially booking through a third party and then extending my stay were a mess that required a couple trips to the front desk and a phone call after checkout.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Pets should be secured on one floor. Walking out to a dog is not great for a person who fears dogs and suffers from anxiety.

Pros: I particularly appreciated the location.

Pros: Lovely staff from reception through to chef who made our dinner last night. Everyone went that one step further to help and make our stay enjoyable.
Cons: Fridge would have been nice but no issue for an overnight stay.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed was great. Across the street from the place we needed to work at
Cons: Our room stunk. Old used soap in the shower. Bed looked like it was lazily made with dirty sheets. Had to call three times to get new bedding and the front desk girl finally had to bring it herself because it was taking too long. Once received realized it was not the full bedding set, short a sheet and blanket. Didn't have the room I booked. Very small room, have to pay extra for one breakfast item, no microwave or fridge in the room, can hear everything through the walls including the ice maker, light comes through the hotel room door when you are trying to sleep. Stayed in hotels all over and never written a bad review. Won't be coming back.
