Pros (+) I like the fact it has a pool and jacuzzi.
Cons (-) One of the clerks at check in could have smiled. She was like robot. The others were more friendly looking. Other than that everythng was fine. Pool and jacuzzi looked a little unclean but it was because it was a windy day and leaves from the trees kept falling on them. But i really liked the location. The set up. The towel service. Thanks :)

Pros (+) It's in the right location and the overall price is ok (but not for the lack of cleanliness)
Cons (-) First there is an early check in fee, and their standard checkin time is 3pm, not 10 to 11am like most other places. Second when I got there to check in, a lady was complaining about the call she got charging her for dirty towels. She said she used the towels to clean her feet and the floor. When I got up to my room, I found a filthy bathroom floor stains on the comforter and headboard. I asked fo...

Pros (+) I liked that it is close to downtown.
Cons (-) The hotel need to be remodeled. The tub and toilet seat was peeling. The elevators were extremely dirty. The wakl from the parking garage to the hotel is a little scary at night, since you have to pass dumpsters.
