Pros: The couple managing the Motel made us feel very welcome. You can tell they try hard making sure we were comfortable. Friendly. Breakfast was good, real eggs served. Our room and the entire grounds were clean. Would definitely come back!
Pros: great location, wonderful staff, bed was very comfortable, cute facility, breakfast was ok. Room was just a little small but still ok.

Pros: Pam and Jeremy are super nice and accommodating. Pam's cooking really pushed the whole experience over the top. I stayed for three nights and had totally different, amazing breakfasts each day. Can't wait to come back! Also, the hot tub is massive, modern and clean.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, beds were super comfy and in-room fireplace was cozy. Innkeeper was generous enough to upgrade us because she wasn't there to check us in when we arrived. Fantastic customer service.
Pros: It was amazing, very beautiful and clean
Pros: Beautiful B&B, great breakfast each morning, Hans and Ingrid are wonderful hosts. Hans was very helpful with the outdoor adventures. Wonderful town to visit, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Make sure to visit Mouse's chocolates, the Wild Flower, and Ivory's Trading Co. Oh yeah the mountains are breath taking!!!
Cons: Needed a little refrigerator tons tore leftovers from the wonderful restaurants in town.

Cons: Being on main road-a bit noisy, and would've enjoyed continental breakfast.
Pros: Staff was friendly.
I like that they don't service the rooms everyday. I'm not a slob, so it gave me a bit more peace of mind knowing that someone wasn't in my room when I wasn't there.
Price for the room was very good for the area.
I would stay there again.
The mini fridge was very efficient. I initially turned it all the way to max cold and then discovered partially frozen milk the next morning! :) I turned it down a bit after that.
Cons: Shower water temperature was nearly impossible to keep steady. It went from just right to HOT to COLD without warning and proved to be hard to readjust with any consistency.
Parking seemed limited. They should have at least one designated spot for each room. I was leaving early each day and coming back fairly late, and I was never sure if I was going to have a parking spot when I returned to the room.
Pros: It was a good location, friendly staff and cheaper rate then most in the area. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom is very small and did not have air conditioning, so we had a fan on all night, but was still on the warm side. It was fine for one night, but wouldn't want to stay much longer then that.

A bar/lounge and a spa tub are other highlights, and rooms at this romantic hotel offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: I liked that we were able to use the hot springs and pool whenever we wanted with the 24 hour access. However, the lights turned off after midnight and it was difficult to see where the pool and the outdoor hot spring was.
Cons: When we booked our trip, we thought that we would be staying at the hotel- we ended up staying at the condos down the road from the hotel. At first we were excited that we will have access to a full kitchen and living room as well as a hot tub. Once we had booked, we learned that we would have to pay additional money in order to use the hotel's hot springs and have breakfast. Once we arrived and checked in, things took a turn for the worse. The condo was older and not well maintained. The hot tub was drained and not in use. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work and when we called the front desk, we were told that they didn't think that the wifi ever worked in our particular unit and gave us the wifi password for another unit. The trash was not emptied from when the previous people used it, which made us wonder if the sheets and towels were also clean. After paying the additional amount in order to use the hot springs, we went late that night. There were very few people at the pool and hot springs, which made the experience enjoyable. There were very few clean towels left, which was fine considering it was 11 pm. We returned the next day at 1 pm and there was the same amount of clean towels as there was the night before. The indoor hot spring is missing tiles and looks rundown. The outdoor hot spring is covered in algae, which you end up taking back with you once you leave. Had we been able to see the facilities the night before, we might have rethought our decision to use the hot springs.
It's possible that our trip might have been better had we actually stayed at the hotel instead of at the condos that the hotel uses when they are full. It would have also been better if we had known that we would be using the condos when we had been browsing places to stay. A little more transparency would have gone a long way to enauring that we got what we paid for.
Pros: I love that the pool and hot tubs are available to use 24 hours. The free hot breakfast is great! There is laundry on site, as well as a gym. There's also free wifi and it's pretty good as long as the weather isn't too bad. Same for the satellite tv.
Cons: Not all rooms are the same! At first we were put into a very small room with the tv beside the bed, instead of across. I did not like that at all. But the staff was very nice and we were able to switch rooms. Parking may be an issue if the lodge is fully booked.
Pros: Beautiful facility, professional staff, quiet rooms
Cons: I felt a bit like they were trying to nickel dime me. One example, many hotels provide complimentary drinking water in the room. Here a bottle of water will cost you $1.50 if you drink it. Water that you can buy at Wal Mart for $2.99 to $3.99 a case.
Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs is a great choice for a stay in Ouray. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at The Mine Shaft, which serves American cuisine and is open for dinner. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer refrigerators and room service.
Pros: The hummingbirds were fantastic. The front desk staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.
Pros: It had breakfast included.
Cons: It seemed a little run down.
Pros: The staff, the breakfast and located in Ouray a popular destination.
Cons: Room somewhat below standards for what I am accustomed to in a Choice property. There were a lot of construction workers (living) in the hotel and their party spilled out onto the balcony and concerned us letting our grandchildren freely access property.
Pros: Convenient location, newly renovated.
Cons: We were there during construction and were placed right next to the noise with men literally working in front of our window. The hotel was not full, so we're not sure why we were placed on that poor location.
Pros: Beds were comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are a bit noisy. Upstairs nose transmits thru the ceiling.
Cons: Mentioned above.
Great location, helpful staff....no improvement needed
Pros: The lovely mountain view and the big window
Cons: not a thing
Pros: Good location. Clean room. Updated carpet.
Cons: Wi-fi was in and out entire visit. Nowadays a dependable wi-fi is more important than TV.
Pros: We were getting in late and the office staff was very accommodating.

Pros: They had a room on a no-vacancy night in Ouray in peak aspen viewing season. Had been traveling on business and elected to stay in the mountain town for hot springs there, booking earlier that day.
Important note: The remaining single-bed room was in a separate area of living quarters apart from the other rooms. I cannot speak to their quality.
Shower/toilet facility seemed newly remodeled and were clean & functional.
Cons: Dirty carpet.
Crudely built plywood bed box.
Dangerous, unlit exterior stairway made of expanded metal. Access to room required walking down darkened sidewalk, through a gate & courtyard, up the stairs & up another steep stairway.
Traipsing through personal quarters where the occupant was moving in and had stuff everywhere.
Loud conversation, barking dog and ringing phones until 10:30 or later just outside my door.
Hair dryer and radio sparked as I plugged them in. Both seemed to have faulty switches.
