Cons: The only defect was not easy to adjust the warmness of water from sink, either too hot or cold. Shower water control was simple and great!

They know how disturbingly loud it is because they provide cheap useless ear plugs. They also lost my key tag for the forced valet service so I waited for 20 mins while others were given their car and that cost me $70

Cons: Booked with Andaz specifically for the Lounge only to find that it was booked privately and unavailable which was the whole reason for the stay. As a customer, I was unimpressed and would have stayed elsewhere had I been made aware.

Pros: Friendly staff, room is simple yet equipped with everything I need (microwave, kettle, iron, shower gown, utensils and plates, fridge, hair dryer, great size rectangular table and lamps for working on my laptop). Breakfast and afternoon tea were pleasant. The shower gets really nice hot water. It's fun to look at the numerous paintings throughout the building, perhaps from local artists. A tiny sauna was great for relaxing after walking through the snow.

Cons: The floor can get a bit dusty. One night I woke up by noise from the street and the heater. Parking lot is small, but the in/out privileges and being right downstairs make it easy to move luggage, etc.

Cons: Very minor complaint, more of a note. The faucet in the bathroom was short and the sink was shallow so when washing your hands you end up hitting your hands on the sink. It would be great to have bacon every time you offer the egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast. It just isn't the same without bacon.

Cons: Compared to similarly priced hotels I had stayed in cities in Canada, decor is kind of dated. Apparently it was recently refurbished. Also at 3-4 am very loud drunk guests spent around 20 mins talking in the hallway but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
