Pros: We liked the food, we liked our room. It was small, but large enough to be comfortable. We liked the location best of all. Perfect for exploring the city center and for shopping!
Cons: We would have liked it to have 2 chairs instead of just one, so we could sit to snack and relax without having to sit on the nice but low platform bed. Just a comment, not a complaint.

Pros: I liked the building and the staff it had a real sense of grandeur and luxury from a day gone by preserved in a capsule. The staff were very well drilled and the head barman was a scream and extremely helpful above and beyond the cause of duty! The room I had excellent but had no view but as I was staying for one night I let that slide.
Cons: Once I was in my room the service lack a little to be desired... It took an age for room service to deliver an iron and in the end I had to go as I was and hope for the best. Also when I returned that evening there air-conditioning was not working at all so I had a sleepless night it was 30 degrees out side at night!!! . I called room service and they sent to ladies up who said yes this always happens but did nothing about it. I had to leave first thing in the morning for a meeting at the airport so had a quick complain about it at reception- they said sorry and then provided me with my bill!!!! rude.

Pros: Really close to the old city of Nuremberg, super convenient to explore everything inside the walls and just cross the street to recover into a safe heaven. Plus the quality of the hotel and room just solid.
Cons: No self park and valet was 21 Euro per day.

Pros: The location and the lobby are the only redeeming qualities of this hotel/hostel. Its very close to the main train station.
Cons: Bedbugs! I will never come back to this location. It was perhaps the worst hostel/hotel experience I've ever experienced. Once I discover my bed was infested with bedbugs, i immediately went to front desk and requested a room change, by now it was 12:30am and the lobby staff were rude and unhelpful. They charged me full price for a solo room, in addition to what I had paid for the hostel room. They gave me a card key that didn't work 3 times in a row, and finally went up to the 2nd floor room to open the door and the 4th key didnt work, by now it was close to 1:30 am, I had moved my luggage up and down 5 times by now. They used a master card key to finally get the door open and then Never gave me a key to my room. Not only were they incompetent, they had zero customer service skills. Never staying there again.
