Pros: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wing Lei was outstanding. Wynn Buffet was good. Tableu and Jardin were both good too. Parlor suite was huge! Especially the bathroom.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The tub in the room - ALL of the items in the kitchen - So very thoughtful. The views from each room and the quietness of our stay! It was amazing and I'm grateful to everyone especially the gentleman that checked us in.
Cons: Pillows - were a little on the too soft side, but def doable!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to the Strip and friendliness of the staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Big, nice and clean. High end modern looking.
Cons: A bit of a walk from the center line of the strip.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and professional; the food was good; I enjoyed the activities, and the Las Vegas tour led by Dick was absolutely superlative. Except for the first night there--see below-I would certainly consider staying there again although I thought the hotel rate was rather stiff.
Cons: The first night I was, IIRC, in Room 3705. I couldn't get to sleep (for at least three hours) because of a persistent buzzing noise and the periodic noise from the refrigerator (about every half hour). First thing in the morning I requested the front desk to either fix the problems or give me another room. After one futile effort, the engineer informed me that the buzzing that wrecked my sleep came from the electric equipment that was overhead. Quite frankly, this room is completely unsatisfactory for anyone who is not profoundly deaf and should not be let. The front desk gave me a new room, which was fine, and, of course, I then had to pack up my bags to move. Certainly, it was not what I expected from a hotel that in most other respects was first-rate. Not to sound like a cranky old man, but I also have a few other minor quibbles. 1. The coffee maker was a nightmare. The cord was so short that you couldn't place the machine in a position to open the lid easily. 2. I had to hunt for the light switches--some of which were in most unusual places. 3. In several of the activities, the drinks and food were gone by the time I got there. 4. I like to have a full sit-down American breakfast, and, except for the "Marketplace," there were no food services available in the morning. 5. Getting ready to brush my teeth in the morning, I thought it strange that there were no cups or glasses in the bathroom. 6. After taking a shower, the tile bathroom floor was incredibly slippy, and I almost fell down.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I don't generally fill these things out, but this hotel really was great. It is just a half block off the Vegas strip pretty much in the center of things. The room was a nice size with nice little food preparation area. There is no casino so no smoke around which was a bonus. The bed and bedding were quite good. For the price, I'd highly recommend it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Very clean. Staff were all very friendly. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Fantastic view of Vegas strip and mountains from the apartment.
Cons: We got static electric shocks of almost everything metal! The top-floor bar was closed whilst we were there which was a shame.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's proximity from the Vegas Strip, excellent staff, clean hotel and pools, valet parking and excellent rooms.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suites were wonderful and location is great!
Cons: Don't like the 10:00 a.m. check-out...too early. It should at least be 11:00. Pool bar on 5th floor doesn't have beverage servers...just need to go to the bar to get a drink/food. No desks in hotel - but the table was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room with full kitchen. Loved the big picture windows.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for this property is underrated. Great location! Easy access to the strip. Easy access to Miracle Mile Shops. Bummer the roof top bar was shut down due to the high winds.
Cons: Pretty awesome stay and location!!! Only critique would be the front when entering. The street leading up to the front of the property is a bit chaotic and could benefit from a traffic cop presence to help facilitate the madness.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: LOCATION
Cons: THE BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND ACTUALLY LUMPY. WALL PAPER PEELING OFF WALLS IN BATHROOM IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS AND THE WALL WAS LUMPY BEHIND WHERE THEY HAD MADE REPAIRS. THE ROOM SERVICE MENU IS TERRIBLE. WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN WORKING ALL DAY, YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT AT 10 PM. IT HAD VERY LITTLE TO CHOOSE FROM. AT CHECKING IN, THEY DID NOT HONOR MY BOOKING PRICE. THEY SAID THE KING NON SMOKING ROME WAS NOT AVAILABLE, COULD DO SMOKING OR A QUEEN. THAT IT IS NEVER GUARANTEED. 3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Very run down hotel beyond the exterior look of the fountain and lobby area. Never mentioned that you get slammed with $10 cans of soda charges if you move anything other than a micro-sign inside the mini-bar. Rusty hinges, etc. Poor experience.

Cons: I disliked the noisy AC and small restroom.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing suite and exceptional value for the money and very close to the airport.
Cons: The only thing was the hallways leading to the room were very dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and quiet and I could cook instead of having to eat out.
Cons: No
5.4 Okay
Pros: The resort itself was well maintained.
Cons: They did not clean the rooms on a regular basis. They came in once and made out bed. They only replaced two of the four towels with clean towels. One they left hanging in the back of the bathroom door wet and another they just took. We did not put then in the floor to be replaced because we had no idea if they were coming in the room or not. We were not informed that they did not clean the rooms when we booked or at check in. The dryer did not work in the laundry on site and we had to take wet clothes to a 24 hour laundromat to dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved having a small apartment feel to have everything I needed to cook and take a couple days off from the strip tourist grind but still very close to anything my family wanted to see. Check in was easy and location was quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: The only thing was that you could hear every time someone walked by the room because the walkways are kind of loud.

7.0 Good
Pros: great location, very clean, lots of action, good bars, restaurants and club
Cons: Tried to use the kiosk to check in at 7pm & was informed my room was not ready yet, so I waited in line at the front desk - staff was kind of rude. I asked for late check out but she would only grant me until 12pm. There is no-non smoking area anywhere
6.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to the strip
Cons: The room and furniture were visibly old and worn. Seemed more like a massive 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Bed could Be more comfortable along with the pillows. Bathroom ceiling had a large amount of paint peeling from the ceiling...look neglected..
Cons: Don’t nickel and dime your customers with overpriced room drinks and snacks... Excessive fee’s for example the RESORT TAX!

5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was nice but I thought we were staying Caesar's palace like it said.
Cons: I was very upset when we walked up to the counter and I was told we did not have a reservation. Then I was told we had reservations at a different hotel. Nobu hotel was the hotel and we had to go check in at that hotel. Nobu is located within Caesars.
7.0 Good
Pros: Iconic Vegas hotel. Good location center strip.
Cons: Hotel is showing some serious wear and tear. Parking is expensive. Elevators are beat up with duct tape holding things together in the Forum Tower. Spa is showing its age. Lots of casino slots had blank screens with Out of Order on them.

Pros: fantastic ...
Cons: Nothing was lacking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean, superb staffing and customer service
Cons: I cannot think of one thing I didn’t like about this hotel
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was great and did what they could to help.
Cons: They were overbooked. I had booked 2 queen beds but they only had 1 king room available for our first night. The first room they gave us had wet carpet. In the second room, the curtains wouldn't close all the way. I spent the first night on a roll away bed and had to move the second night to get the room with 2 queen beds that I had originally booked and pre-paid for. The staff was extremely nice but the experience with the rooms was less than enjoyable. For the price I paid, I expected more. The hotel did give me a $250 food and drink credit to use during my stay but it didn't make up for having to switch rooms so many times and the first extremely uncomfortable night I spent there. I won't be back.

Pros: Location
Cons: Smallest 5 star I’ve stayed in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the shopping, the Spa, housekeeping was very thorough. The food. Aria is very very nice to relax, enjoy your days in LV.
Cons: Some staff from the resort club didn't know what they were talking about. Asking us to pay more because originally we book in a club room but was upgraded to sky suite ( very thankful ), however. Tommy who was a bit of a not so nice insisted that we need to pay extra $65/day because we upgraded it was taken out from our booking even though prior to checking in, we have already paid for it thru out our stay. It's like they upgraded you but punished you by paying something you have already paid. Thankfully Asdrid. The very nice lady who upgraded us help us thru and everything was resolve in a jiffy. Hi highly regard Ms. Asgrid because she didn't stop until this was resolve. The guy in the resort club lounge who was very unhelpful and very unplesant too. Pls. Re-train him to be more helpful and courteous. Over all. We are definitely staying here again.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Pool was closed which was a bummer. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Vallet parking
Cons: Buffet was not good. Old soggy center dried out edge pancakes, same with eggs. Omellete was fresh, but they do not use real cheese, its corn that looks like cheese. The bacon was so greasy and full of nitrates horrible hangover all day, and I dont drink.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are the best and when we had an issue with our first room they happily moved us to a different one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bingo room
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and saggy.

Pros: Very nice bathroom
Cons: $44 service charge for internet use and parking. We were at the hotel for 10 hours overnight
1.0 Poor
Cons: The resort fee.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: room clean and large.
Cons: location is too far from stop Ave.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Yes, about 4:40am there was a whistling sound that woke us up. At first it sounded like a smoke alarm going off, so we jumped out of bed it see what it was. Then we realized it was not an alarm but coming out of the air conditioning vent or pipes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and fairly quiet
Cons: Hotel lobby girl not very impressive, bad idea for drinks and snacks if you bump one off stand you have 45 seconds to replace or get charged. Did not like $100 security deposit per night that was not explained while checking in, called - told refund in 5d
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so luxurious. Great food and drink specials too.
Cons: Need better signage for how to get to the hotel lobby.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Front Desk staff was fabulous: professional, empathetic, fast, effective. Concierge was outstanding at a moment's notice (Ben helped get me a car), Bell staff was always prompt, available, waiting at drop-off, helping with bags. Housekeeping was SILENT but extremely fast & efficient (and incredibly friendly). Hearthstone restaurant (inside and out) was a beautiful space, and the service was spectacular - very good food, and service was fast, friendly, and treated my wife and daughter like queens. Blue Ribbon Sushi was also very good food, wonderful service, and such a beautiful outside seating area. Casino staff (sportsbook, poker room, cashier, waitresses) were all HAPPY and professional.
Cons: Some of the automatic charges are not fun to 'deal with': the automatic mini-bar charges were very troubling (before we got it sorted out); the resort fee itself seems unclear/not value-driven; the resort fee didn't get me access to the locker room w/hot tub... I would not call this a "spa" worth an additional $25/day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the bathroom, all the lights it had made it feel like i was rich.
Cons: The only bad thing about this hotel is that when i tried to call the front deak to try to check out at a later time and they would not pick up or it was a busy line

Pros: Not a casino so you do not have to walk through the smoke and gambling. Nice rooms! Great access to the mono rail!! For the most part great and super friendly staff!!
Cons: For whatever reason they have banned Uber and Lyft to an outside circle away from the entrances of all the towers. Female with heels have a hard time getting there as it is far off. In cooler or cold weather it has no cover to wait! Seems like the Signature wants to push the business towards the obnoxious taxi cabs.

Pros: Arrived in town early, called Hotel and they had our room ready an hour before our reservation time. At 6am we could smell the hot inviting breakfast as we walked into the very spacious lobby eating area; eggs, salsa, sausages, waffles, pastries, juices, coffee, yum! My favorite room perk was the shower; the Tea Tree energizing shampoo & conditioner and the Lemon infused body wash feel and smell wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay, and will book again when we are back in Vegas.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We’ve stayed here a lot over the years and think the facilities are a great Vegas value for family friendly fun. Our one complaint through the years has been the inconsistent service and availability of the on site restaurants. This trip we were pleasantly surprised with the service and food at the Salted Lime this time. Our server, Candi, was fantastic, attentive and her personality was welcoming. She’s a great addition to the staff!
Cons: Service has been consistently inconsistent and slow, from cocktails while gaming to restaurants. Patience for service is a must.

Pros: The cleanliness and the staff working the front counter
5.8 Okay
Pros: The property was clean and breakfast was really good.
Cons: It was so noisy, we slept very little at night from a dog barking next door, to people banging things in their room to what sounded like a kid getting sick above us most of the night. Way too noisy of a hotel for a decent nights sleep. Would not use this hotel again.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent staff very friendly in all areas ... loved the heated pool

Pros: the smoothies and the bedding
Cons: nothing
7.4 Good
Pros: Good b'fast, lots of variety, not just the usual bread/rolls/cereal and milk/juice. Clean room. Firm mattress. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: There were a collection of minor things that, to me, brought this hotel down from a 3 star, to a 2+ star. The outside sign did not turn on at dark. Brought this to the evening clerk's attention, she left a note for maintenance. Hopefully it's fixed. How is anyone supposed to know the hotel is there without an outside lit sign? Lobby elevator "UP" button sometimes intermittent, did not always work first time, every time. One elevator's "2" button appears to be held together with tape. Really? Got in late, went to bed early. Attempted to operate the A/C, buttons wouldn't work. Not until the next morning (in the daylight) discovered that the A/C was "remoted" to a wall thermostat. No notice from the front desk about the upgrade. THAT would have been nice to know. All minor things, and each individually not enough to pay attention to, but all together enough to upgrade or downgrade a "rating" by 1/2 star. Would I stay again? Most likely. It was a decent hotel overall. Just need to correct a few minor things to REALLY bring up the ratings ratings from a 3 star, to a 3+ star. It's the little things that catch people's attention, that they remember.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was close the location where my Business Meeting was being held.
Cons: The property had free parking.

Pros: Very clean

Pros: The room was large
Cons: Bathtub was damaged and they did a lousy job repairing. Sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain and bed was so uncomfortable I got a kink in my neck
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great people and the facility was clean. Didn’t know about the train tracks across the street so wasn’t very restful.
Cons: Train tracks across the street
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and new facilities. Great breakfast.
6.0 Good
Cons: The air conditioner was so noisy and especially during the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Cons: The location vs. how you have to drive to get there is "interesting". The hotel is north of Craig, but you need to turn south on Craig to get to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and comfy
Cons: Breakfast in the foyer
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The lady at the front desk which met us was very helpful. For those with gluten /dairy intolerance I can say they have good options for breakfast. It was clean in our room and the bed was comfy .
Cons: The location isn’t very pleasant and doesn’t seem safe. Also the guy at the front desk during our check out only came back at the desk after a few rings and wasn’t polite . Also he found it acceptable to argue with the guest.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and spacious. I never smelled smoke Great hot breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very close to many restaurants, stores and shops
Cons: The property is located in an industrial area very close to the freeway and busy roads. You can’t walk to anything from the hotel. You need a car
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff great, room nice/clean, breakfast good
Cons: Location was terrible- in the middle of an industrial park. There was a train track on one side of the hotel and the highway on the other. We were on the highway side but did not hear traffic. There were NO restaurants close by.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff. They have a nice convenience store on the prememsis. WI-FI is pretty fast. Used it to access work files in the cloud with no problems. Breakfast includes hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food (scrambled eggs, sausage) and a waffle maker. Being a bit critical below to give the full picture, but its not a bad as a hotel, especially for business. Because it was off the beaten path, it was fairly quiet. They accept dogs (don’t know size limit).
Cons: The worst thing about this hotel is its location. On one is a train track that you can not pass. On the other side is a highway entrance. there are no restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations (nothing) in walking distance. looking at a map, it appears to be much closer to food and activity than it really is. If you’ve got a car, then its not too bad. If not, you’ll have to walk 20 minutes to the nearest restaurant or take Uber. The gym is tiny and the elliptical isnt calibrated, so it reads 3 miles traveled with only 10 minutes of use. Clean facilities (although the maintenance staff left some debris in the hall for multiple days). Picture frame and window screen was just left in plane site even though there was no indication of ongoing construction.
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast had a big selection than what is normally typical for those kind of offerings.
Cons: This hotel sits directly across the street from a freight train. I wasn't aware of that when I booked it. Other than that it was an average Best Western.
