Cons (-) Front desk ppl were rude. When I asked for a receipt. She did not give me any for my 2 reservations. The black lady wearing glasses was rude. She has a terrible attitude. She gave me a key to my room. I asked for directions. She said go find it yourself. She claims she works nights . Upon my last day of check out. I still did not get any receipt.
