Cons (-) There was nothing to dislike...Excellent time had with family!
Cons (-) Did not have non smoking room as ordered. The room did not smell that bad though.
Pros (+) The location of the hotel to fwy, theater and several restaurants was nice
Cons (-) Poor customer service throughout the stay, from check in to the gift shop, to the restaurant was about separating you from as much money as possible without providing even moderate service.
Pros (+) The location was convienient for us being close to Nellis AFB. Loved the movie theater. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Parking was a problem. I noticed that there were a few employees parking in the hotel guest parking. Plus half the parking lot was blocked off. There was four of us and we were only given two towels. Plus they smelled of cig. Smoke. Pros (+) Nice, clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The Victory cafe has very good food at reasonable prices. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros (+) Liked all the amenities but the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Need to have a coffee pot in room.
