cleanliness, overall value for money, the staff, loud sex in the room next to me at 2 am, size of room, paying to keep our bags in the reception for 3 hours. overall bad experience. I was disgusted by everything at this very very expensive hotel.,cleanliness, overall value for money, the staff, loud sex in the room next to me at 2 am,
Not one thing..we all suffered and I got bitten in the bed all over my face, the most miserable hotel we ever stayed in, I tried to cancel for the 2nd nite and they would not let me. There was no HEAT,there was fatal mold on the walls in the bathroom, bugs everywhere, trash outside the rooms with bugs, gross dirty bath towels, dirty tubs, drafts blowing ,no lights in the rooms,no working clocks,TV broke
service-the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly
location, quality of towels and blankets on beds, the controls were broken on the air conditioner so it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room
The staff was polite and helpful.
The room had no windows. The cold water tap did not function
Good location and very friendly and helpful staff with good knowledge about the activities taking place in the city. Very good and fast wireless internet connection.
Noise from the streets was annoying. Very very poor furniture, in the first room I stayed I did not even have a proper bed. The rooms would need to be refurbished and the furniture should be replaced. But the bathrooms were okay/clean.
We did like the fact that we were close to Times Square.
When we arrived at the hotel they told us that the room we booked wasn't available and we ended up with a room with no windows. Towels were the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel.
