They gave us free cookies on Valentine’s Day. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. There are so many great restaurants around. I was able to hook my laptop up to their tv using an hdmi chord so i could watch whatever I wanted. Great location and great price. I would definitely stay again.
The room was cold and the heat kept turning off. Eventually the room warmed up. But if they are expecting guests they should have the heat on. I also wish that the room had a mini fridge. Besides those things I had a fabulous stay.
Clean and modern
Extremely noisy, walls and doors were paper thin. Could hear every noise in the hall
Everything was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Small hotel rooms and insanely crowded lobby
Location proximity to port authority and subway
The room was so small I could barely put my suitcase on floor without it hitting the bed. The bathroom was half painted. The lobby was so crowded that I had to wait for 3 elevators to fit (multiple times during my stay).
Won't stay here again
The staff was friendly.
The elevators were very very slow. They would stop at every floor and sometimes you waited 15 minutes to get on an elevator. There wasn't enough seating in the lobby and it was quite small. The room was always cold despite turning the heat up. Make sure you wear socks all the time in the room to keep you feet warm.
