Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews mention serious cleanliness issues, including reports of bedbugs and dirty rooms, and several guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities and poor value for the price. Service experiences varied, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others reported unresponsive or absent staff. Overall, the hotel is considered practical for a short stay if location is the main priority, but cleanliness and value are significant concerns.
