Pros:Great location
Cons:The walls are super thin!
Cons:Breakfast should be monitored and replenished or bussed.
Pros:The only good thing was the front desk staff. They were warm and friendly.
Cons:Many people were complaining that the air conditioners were broken. Ours never worked the 4 nights we were there and we asked for them to fix it. They didn't repair it so they gave us a fan but even that was not efficient. The temperature outside was near 100 degrees every afternoon so the room was almost unbearable. The carpet throughout the halls was in horrible shape - torn, badly stained and worn. Our towels were old and frayed. The room was dark and dreary even with the window open. No elevator. The only good thing was the front desk staff. They were warm and friendly.
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:The room smelled heavily of urine. The mattresses are old and well used. The hallway carpet was heavily stained, mainly from what looked like water damage... 30 or so years ago. It has obviously not been replaced for a long, long time. Other hotels in the area are way better at an equal price. Don't stay at this place if you want to enjoy your stay in Missoula - a trip there deserves better because it's a great town.

Cons:It needs cleaning, & updating desperately! The common hallways are horribly stained, the furniture is worn & stained, the blankets are worn & need replacing.

Cons:The rooms and lobby were clean,but the hallways and stairs were dirty , stained and needed replacement immediately.

Cons:The shuttle didn't run at the time I needed it for the airport, so I had to take a cab. The cab cost me $17.00! I could have just driven my car to the airport and paid less for the parking. Lesson learned.
Cons:My hotel stay was for 8 days. On day 6 the cleaning staff removed items from my refrigerator. Her excuse was that she believed I was a checkout. My luggage, 6 days of dirty laundry in bags provided from the hotel were on the chair, and a book and candy were on the table that she moved to clean the table. The management provided me with an apology letter and explained that this long time staff member thought I was a checkout. They locked me out of my room so upon my return I was forced to go to the front counter to pick up their apology letter, 6 warm sprites and 4 apples. I could not use these items because I had a plane to catch the following morning( I was leaving in 6 hours). While the items taken were less than $10 the fact that any item was removed from my room was worrisome. Needless to say I didn't sleep well the last 2 nights at the hotel. In their closing statement Julie Lofftus the General Manager says "I do appreciate your choosing us and hope that we will see you again in the future." I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because nothing was done. I didn't receive a phone call from this manager. Up until this incident I would have given this hotel the highest rating.
