Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern but as same time really cosy. We had lunch in the garden, original menu, good wine and excellent food! We had a great time there!

Pros: The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were excellent absolutely no complaints on that score. I chose this hotle as my experience of Best Western is good albeit only in the UK but the rate was also a factor.

Pros: I had a great experience staying for four nights at the Regency. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and comfortable. The location was a pretty easy 20 minute walk from MiCo, the convention center. The WiFi was a bit spotty, but generally it worked. The WiFi and breakfast were both included in the hotel price, which I appreciate. Breakfast itself was reasonably diverse and of adequate quality; unfortunately it was exactly the same every day. The hotel seemed recently refurbished and was quite charming, with generous public areas and a sun-filled breakfast room. I would gladly stay there again.

Pros: The hotel was not close to city centre but public transport was easy to navigate.We found the staff very helpful, especially in English. They gave great directions to all the places we wanted to go and where to obtain travel tickets etc. Also gave good restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean, cosy and well designed. Ensuite was very clean although the shower was small. Breakfast was great.
