Pros: Great hotel and fantastic staff. We have spent a night with Concierge Ms.Lucri by planning our upcoming trip of Tuscny, Venice and Rome. It was a great joint work. Hotel managed to find us tickets to visit Santa Maria Della Grazie, which was my dream, that I could not fulfil during my previous 2-3 visits to Milano. Best location in Milan. Great personnel. Real 5 star hotel experience. Will return, yet please get rid of COVID-19!

Cons: Already communicated to the hotel staff and they promised to fix it. As far as I have been informed, there were only 2 rooms in entire hotel with wooden floors - that we HATE, and one of it was given to us. Our baby had just learned to walk and run, and he kept falling down as it was too slippery with his socks. We have the promise from the hotel for the next time and I am sure we will get a descent room!

Cons: This time out bath has issues with bad smell... hot water took ages to get worm.... And beds were too soft...but after our complanes all was resolved by hotel stuff. And like a bonus we got nice desert for applogies from hotel manager! so sweet! So anyway... I think next time in Milan it will be still Mandarin!☺️

Cons: I have requested to have quite room since I am staying for 2 weeks but I was given 4 th floor window in-front of the tram track to to noise if I open the window also I have asked weeks to keep both of our room near each other but they only gave us same floor The room was to hot when we open the window to noisy While I was staying they paint the walls of the 4th floor smell of paint all over the hotel and we were not informed Also the elevator is used by all even their stuff even the company who painted the walls, one day we got stuck in the elevator for 5 mins it was scary for my daughter Breakfast u have to wait for someone to bring u coffee or tea, food is the same for 2 weeks only they change cakes other then same I will never stay again in this hotel it’s expensive for the service they provide. When works will be done I guess we have the right to be informed Cleaning stuff will walk in while u are in the room to clean even they know u are inside, she was trying to open the door and she couldn’t then keep on knocking at the door, it’s disturbing. I don’t recommend it for long stay

The male staff members are very arrogant and rude unlike female ones . Hotel needs renovations and breakfast not good at all . Only great thing about hotel is location

Cons: The rooms are very small, smaller than other hotels nearby at similar price. The shower cubicle was really too small and awkward for an adult for taking a shower. It took 10 minutes or more before the hot water came through to shower and sink

Then go out terminal to the left to yellow metro line .4 stop to doumo stop. Find via marino. Go about 2/3 kilometer,turn right on via san sisto. Go about 200 meters to hotel

Cons: First day we arrived around 2am. The hot water was not enough for two people to have a shower. The staff was very nice but the receptionist recommended to take a metro before before 12:30 in order to get a bus to Bergamo airport before 2am. She didn’t know that the buses operate starting 2:45am.

Cons: It's a stretch to rate as 4 star. Location was great and it's certainly going for the luxury market. Poorly functioning shower in our room was a disappointment for the price. Worse was the service. It was not that our needs were not taken care of but more the manner (attitude) with which they were taken care of. We felt we got poor value for money. 2 stars.

We cannot see the Duomo from the window of the hotel room but very close (one minute walk from the entrance of hotel) from the Duomo, one minute walk from the entrance of hotel. Breakfast was very nice with breads, coffee, warm bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, some vegetables, fruits and so on. Basically all staffs were very nice. Especially one female staff was really friendly and kind and supported us with smile(^^)

Cons: The hotel is facing the road which has railways of tram. That’s convenient in daytime but especially in the early morning it causes a rumbling of the ground. As some guests remarked, it is difficult to find entrance for the guest visiting for the first time. Enjoy to find where the entrance! I was not able to find supermarket the area adjacent from the hotel. (this is not bad aspect of the hotel side, though...)

Pros: excellent location within walking distance to Duomo, and located just above a metro station. Staff were very friendly. nice selection of food at breakfast. Pizza on the room service menu was delicious
Cons: lifts were being repaired. two of the three were still operation but waiting times were very long for a building with just 10 floors. seems like the cleaning staff were holding the lifts at the lower floors to load / unload things. had to cut stay short with the Covid-19 crisis in the area but staff were very reassuring and helpful

Pros: Great A/C on very hot day. Porter was nice and helpful putting away our luggage when we were too early to check in.
Cons: Front office staff was rude. When we advised we had a reservation and were checkin in the young woman, instead of asking for our name, said how can I check you in if I don't know who you are. She was similarly rude to the couple in front of us. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is not acceptable for someone in the service industry.

Cons: The bedrooms definitely need to be me re-modernized. We stayed there over 10 years ago and it is clear that the rooms were maintained but to the bear minimum. paint was coming off behind the radiators. Lastly the rooms by the Main Street are very noisy

Cons: One only disadvantage - the lot of noise. Our room was exactly above the tram stop. But the feeling that the tram stop is inside the room. Maybe one more small disadvantage, the breakfast place was very small, I even can't call this place "dining room" or "restaurant", just a "small place for breakfast". But again - no so relevant for me.

Pros: This hotel is nothing like the horror stories on TripAdvisor, it is simply a typical town centre hotel that was last refurbished about 30 years ago. It is clean and the breakfast was good for a 2 star hotel with fresh produce and plenty of choice. The area is safe and upmarket, a banking district which is quiet at night. We found a superb organic pizza house in the next street, less than 100m from the hotel entrance. The Duomo and Galleria are less than 10 minutes walk away; Castello Sforzesco even closer. I would have no hesitation in staying here again if I ever revisit Milan. PS If arriving by Metro get off at the Duomo and walk as the line from Duomo to Cordusio is so short the corridor tunnels to reach the platforms take longer than the route on the surface.

Cons: Bed was very hard and the pillows flat as paper. The shower had very low pressure and difficult to use. The worst part, though was the noise. The street is very busy and the room we had wis directly above a restaurant next door. We could hear people in the restaurant and then loud banging and clashing of dishes being washed late into the night. This was on top of the traffic noise from motorcycles and cars racing down the street from early in the morning to late at night. Also, they had ‘changed to heat’ so there was no air conditioning in the building. The only way to coo off the room was to open the window but then had to close it at night to at least reduce the noise to be able to sleep. A room on the back side of the hotel would probably be very nice but this was difficult to put up with. Also strange you have to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave but there is no safe in the room. It made me a little uncomfortable but we never had a problem.

Cons: The lighting in the room was poor and could easily be improved. It made the room look dingy. I would also have preferred a proper door on the bathroom rather than the concertina shutter which didn't close tightly. We could hear some residents in the room next to us when they were talking loudly, but this is typical of old city centre hotels.

Cons: 1- Its not cheap I think you can pay a lil more to get best hotel/apartment. 2- The staff were confused during the process of check-in and told us "sometimes they are stupid" 3- In pictures, the Apartment looks so luxury but in reality, it's completely opposite. We booked a 1 bedroom flat with balcony (4th floor) but the balcony doors open in a corridor inside the hotel from anyone can see in your room easily means no privacy. 4- It was really hard to understand the map of our Apartment, at the entrance, there is a standing shower, the toilet is in another room, In bedroom, there was a big wardrobe when we open it we found a small kitchen inside. WOW 5- No place to hang your clothes or any wardrobe. 6- The heating was on full and our room was boiling even it was hard to breathe I went to reception and asked them how I can control heating they said it's automatic and you can't control. The whole night heating was on full and we opened our balcony doors to maintain temperature. 7- There is AC and remote in the room but not working 8- In advertising, they mention they have Netflix but you have to login your own ID to get access of Netflix 9- Bed and pillows were soo uncomfortable 10- They have lift for only 2 person and 180kg max weight limit In short, it was the worst experience of hotel in my life but thanks god it was only 1 night stay.

Cons: The place wasn't perfectly clean and since it's a mid 1800 building it's not really soundproof you could easily hear everything going on on the outside. It could also use a little bit of maintenance.

Cons: Noisy. There were lots of people partying, playing loud music, staying up late talking, laughing etc. The room I initially stayed in smelled of sewage. The management knew about this. The heating was also on full blast it was like a sauna - they couldn’t turn it down. I had to change room after first night.

Pros: Basic but comfortable. The location is amazing and the staff are brilliant. Easy check in & out. Would use again and highly recommend it.
