The property was in a nice area, close to a mall/shops and was clean. The room I booked had 2 queen beds and was very big and had a lot of natural light. The shower was pretty big which was nice, and they hotel included a free buffet breakfast in the morning.
When I arrived at the property, there had been a slight change of plans and we now had 4 instead of 3, I assumed this would not be a big deal considering that I had more than enough space for one extra person in my room. 45 minutes later and an extra 107 dollars they finally allowed another person. I understand charging a difference between 1-2 person room and 3-4 person room but considering we already had the big room (and 3 ppl), I thought charging me more money was ridiculous. PLUS they tried to fight me on the fact the the original booking was for 3 and not 1. It took a separate 20 minutes to just figure out that I had booked a room (with 2 beds) for more than just myself
Room service personal and people on duty for breakfast are nice. Location of the hotel is good.
Ms Noemi on the reception has unacceptable level of politentess. Her VISA terminal did not work, she declined to show transaction termination receipt, forced to input PIN many times, claimed my card is not valid. Rejected to tell where is nearest cashmachine. Be awared you are not welcome here while Noemi is on duty.
I expected to have breakfast at the hotel however breakfast time it is late on weekends and I have to go to the airport quickly. A/C is not friendly to use
When i got into My room it smelled like smoke. I would have left immediatley but every where else was booked. I was not aware that the King room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The same night i checked in I ordered extra towels and the man Who brought ONE towel rudley handed it to me and left quickly (the Door was cracked) he didn't even wait for me to completly open the Door. The next morning around 630ish 7 i called the front desk, she said the business center would be available immediatley. When My husband and one year old got there it was two outdadted computers and a printer. I asked the front desk lady her name was jacklyn to assist me with the printer because they were out of paper and she Just stood their Rolling her Eyes and when she finally decide to "help" she took the magazines My son was looking at away. Mind you this was a family/business trip. So if you are not a Mother let me tell you what happens next. NON STOP WAILING! It was Just one bad thing after another with this place. They have no room service there is no pool they literally have nothing We stayed 2 nights in January and the heater broke in the midst of it all. I was so relieve when the business part of our trip was over THIS IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOME WHERE ELSE
