Many appreciated the spacious rooms, with several mentioning upgrades or large layouts suitable for families. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting attentive service and thoughtful touches. However, a recurring theme was the need for renovations, as many found the property and rooms dated, with visible wear and tear. Cleanliness was a concern for some, especially in bathrooms and carpets. The pool was frequently mentioned as being too cold. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of location, room size, and service stood out for most guests.
