Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues throughout the property, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained pool and water park areas. Several guests were disappointed by the misleading advertising of amenities, particularly the water park and breakfast, which were often unavailable or not as described. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. Overall, while the location is a major plus, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and transparency about available services.

Pros (+) Breakfast was real good the lady that was in there was so friendly
Cons (-) Would have been a lot better if I was not woke up at 12 am with people fighting in the hall

Pros (+) My kids loved the small waterpark. The age range to enjoy this water park would be 3-18. It has 2 water slides, small lazy river, decent size pool, and a toddler pool play area. Beautiful view on the beach at the back of the hotel. This hotel is conveniently less than a mile away from all the shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly when we checked in and out.
Cons (-) I did not like the bed sheets as they were really loud when you moved around. There was permanent stains on the sheets as well. At some point those should have been tossed or recycled. It felt a little musty in the hotel. Maybe a good cleaning of everything would help with the musty smell.
