Pros (+) The location was perfect!
Cons (-) When we checked in we were told we were given an upgrade. Not sure what that really meant, we were on the basement floor so we had no light, and it was actually quite sunny during our stay in London. Our bed was uncomfortable and we both would roll towards the middle. Non stop noise all night, either from the air conditioner, or the lift or other guest it was a very noisy stay.
