The property is in a great location but is very dated. Apparently they are going to do a refurbishment which is needed
Lack of parking space
In Force Majeure situations and canceled flights - it's normally 1. give the answer on multiple requests for rebooking or 2. send back the money - looks there is no future for next stay in London -
A really good location less than five minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road station. Room size was ideal for a two night stay, bed was very comfortable with tea making facilities, television and telephone. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold items. Staff were friendly and helpful. As we were staying during the coronavirus breakout there were hand sanitiser dispensers in reception although little evidence of guests using them.
It would be helpful to have had more hotel information available in the room. More notices could have posted around the hotel and in the rooms regarding precautions guests should take to protect themselves and others in relation to the coronavirus. Some areas of the hotel around corridors and lifts needed brighter decor.
Convenient location in the centre of London
When we checked into our hotel room, we discovered there was no soap to wash our hands, with the current situation of Coronavirus, house keeping needs to be up to scratch. Plus on the following day our room had no running water for 2 hours so we couldn't wash our hands. Also the room was small and cramped.
