Great hotel by price/quality rate! The breakfast could be better and various but all another was perfect for this price! Next time I will stay here again))
Friendly staff that went above and beyond despite the current situation. Great Location Clean and Tidy rooms Fantastic service
When booking, the booking.com site states that the hotel has an airport shuttle to the hotel. When contacting the hotel we were quoted £90 ($180) for a taxi. We paid for a Superior room, and were told on checkout that we were given a standard room, no refund. When we checked in the the front of staff mentioned that we had booked a superior room but proceeded to allocate us a standard room. The room was tiny with no fridge. The hotel is definitely not 4 star, 3 star at best.
Good location, 9 min walk to Paddington, Queensway and Bayswater. Nice and friendly staff.
Rooms quite small and not enough space for our baggage, but for what I paid is very ok considering prices of other places near by.
Breakfast was lovely. Hotel in a good location and very near to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.
Our room was too small, the smallest we’ve ever stayed in, in a London hotel. The bathroom was tiny, and there was no shelf for towels. To use a phrase, there wasn’t room to swing a cat!
