We loved the staff, they took the time to answer our questions and provide recommendations for how to get to the airport efficiently. Cons (-) This hotel is intended more for business travel, as it is located in the Financial District. The area is mostly closed over the weekend and late at night, so it can be difficult to find places to eat around the hotel. For the most part, it takes 20+ minutes to get to most sights on the tube.
