The staff was friendly and accommodating
I am originally from Louisiana, the food was great years ago, but not up to par with today, no catfish, no crayfish, no crab. The seasoning in the few dishes that could be related to NO needs improving. I enjoy cooking so I brought all my southeastern recipes with me. The resort fees are ridiculous and a way of unnecessary greed
The value of the room I had. I payed for a two beds as that was what they had when I booked but was given a single bed room (#726) with a killer view of the strip. Restaurant options. Speed of checking in & out. House keeping was top notch A couple a few rooms down were arguing Friday night. I called security and surprised how quickly it was handled.
Showing room card every time I went to my room. I kept it in my wallet for safe keeping but became a hassle. Smoking area going to the elevators. Directions can be more clear about where to park. That data can be stated and made clear when booking. My room needed attention as things were loose like latches & handles Bathroom paint was stained on the ceiling I asked two different casino floor workers questions and they acted like do not bother me!
Food was great for the price and staff was friendly
The bed was too hard for me
Locations, price, food options, staffing.
My bottom sheet did not seem to cover the entire mattress. That was really it
Location and variety of shops.
Smoking on the casino floors, AC did not cover the entire room
