Pros (+) The price is great as well as the location was for our needs. A spacious well equipped room. Great value.
Cons (-) The bathroom floor needed replacement last year, it can't be made to look clean, too late. The bathtub wouldn't drain, I had to stick a cloth under the valve to keep it open. I reported it.

Cons (-) The room was not clean and smelled of cigarettes in a non smoker room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower had a hole in the wall. The room had refrigerator but it did not work. The blanket on the bed was very thin almost like a sheet.Wifi did was really slow couldn't even stream a video. It felt like I was staying in a very cheap motel I was worried about my vehicle being broke into.
