10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best hotels that me and my wife have ever been. At first the staff is very professional, kind and warm. We are really appreciate Lucky from that hotel cause he is the most positive person ever. Thanks to him we had very good emotional memories, especially we liked aerobic in the sea. At second the amazing food and French chef. Thanks to him we celebrated my wife’s birthday on the highest level. Our room was very clean and fresh and we liked the wooden style. The beach is very beautiful. Sunsets on the island are breathtaking, the view is something. In the future we want to back on that peaceful island full of happiness.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing! Based on a quiet part of a beautiful bay, where you can peacefully spend a few days to relax and calm down. Superfriendly staff, compliments for the captain who brought us on a shuttle service to Koh Rong Samloem.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. The only thing is that the resort's private pier in Shianoukville was not that easy to find.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice beach.
Cons: Very small room. Expensive food in restaurant. HARD mattress!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Transfer from the mainland with their own shuttle is comfortable and well organized. Communication overall is pleasant and fast. The family cabin on the beach was big enough and easy to cool with 2 airco’s and 2 ceiling fans. Staff placed an additional bed for our 4 year old (at an additional charge). Staff is very friendly and attentive. The beach looks very nice and stuff arriving from the ocean is cleaned up daily. Sun beds were sometimes a bit scarce but we always found a spot during our 5 night stay.
Cons: Charge with the ferry is pretty high but again well arranged. The beds in the room were hard, probably not suitable for everyone. Prices for food as expected a bit higher given it’s an island. The arranged shuttle from the airport to the ferry wasn’t on time so we had to take a taxi. Not an issue and was cheaper as well. It was busy on our last night and you could tell the staff was overwhelmed as things took way too long but let’s consider it a learning moment and since we’re on holidays... just relax :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was fantastic. It's well run with great location, a short stroll into the village for restaurants or bars or to organise your own activities.
Cons: At times there were little 'sea mites' that stung slightly. Sunscreen seemed to deter them! Within the resort they do an amazing job with keeping everything clean. Rubbish is a real problem outside the resort area and one long walk on the beach we collected a big rice bag full of plastics, on the water line so may be washed up there.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is the main reason for staying here. The beach here is absolutely incredible, with warm clear water, white sand, and it's great to have sunbeds to relax on. The village is a five-minute walk away and offers some charming food and beverage options which are cheaper than the restaurant on the resort. The basic facilities are also comfortable, with reliable wifi, hot showers, A/C.
Cons: The resort is a lot bigger than expected, and they cram as many sunbeds as possible onto their part of the beach. They are typically all occupied as well so it felt a bit claustrophobic at times, both on the beach and at their restaurant. If you are looking for something more remote, you can base yourself here for the comfort of the facilities, and enjoy the beach further down to escape all the other guests. As there were so many guests, there simply wasn't enough staff to accommodate everyone. Many simple requests proved to be difficult to execute, if not completely forgotten.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The stuff were all amazing, very helpful and polite.Hats off to everyone, from.the owner to the cleaning ladies.Impecable service. The private beach was also very nice. The room we booked was the last available at the time, but it turned out great.Really spacious, with two separate bathrooms.
Cons: The room needs some sprucing up,a fresh coat of paint and some new bedsheets. The breakfast was tasty, but not too many choices. And the beach gets really dirty in the afternoons(of course,it's not anyone's fault).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, high standard, amazing sea view bungalows with great staff and the most beautiful beach I know about. Sok San Village which is close by, is a very cool place to visit too.
6.8 Good
Pros: The beachfront location is incredible
Cons: Location of our room to the rear wasn't great, unfinished footpath to reach it, food generally was poor, overpriced tours, no extras on boat back to mainland, no decent music playing in bar, no obvious manager in charge, staff generally not great, not as boutique as expecting.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff
Cons: The bunglows were very basic over priced and dirty the toilet kept over flowing on to the floor. The bed linnen not fresh and clean
6.7 Good
Pros: Very idyllic setting. Bungalow was very basic, which is fine, but for the price our expectations were higher..
Cons: Adequate breakfast, but coffee and juice should be included. The beaches here are kept well, but most of the island is awash with plastic and litter! Which spoils the overall experience.(No fault of Palm Beach, but there is a ‘polluted’ feel to the island in general)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view just from the room! We watched sunrise every morning. Considering it’s a small island, everything was perfect. Stable water and electricity. A personal hammock is a cool bonus. We used to go to the beach to the right from the bungalow, it’s totally undeveloped, though vast and very comfortable to swim. Tasty breakfast and food in general. Thank you!
Cons: Mosquito net looked scary ))) We used anti mosquito spray instead.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good staff and good buffet for breakfast
Cons: For lunch they only have hamburgers or salads. Everyday for 4-5 days the same meal is not optimal. I tried salad once and maybe it wasn't wash good and I got an intoxication. Other people on the beach had the same problem.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great resort with nice, clean bungalows, and a nice system with guest-passes to use to pay everything, so you don't need to bring around your money all the time. The food was good, breakfast great, nice bar and the staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful (and very diverse, coming from all over the world).
Cons: The only "but" for me for this stay was the fact that the resort is catering to large youth groups, so you need to be prepared for large groups of very young travellers. Even if the resort has a policy of no noise after midnight, which was totally adhered to, large groups of young people just take up space and kind of invades a place.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely beachfront accommodation.. liked it had 2 bathrooms as well as 2 bedrooms. Mosquito nets good as were the fans and the beds were comfortable too. Food was lovely..quiet chilled place.
Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff
Cons: Nothing worked Bunglow dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this place. We extended our stay from 5 days to 10 Days. Great owner and management and staff. Beautiful space and vibe. They attempt to meet all needs.
Cons: I would like better water pressure.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. staff helpful and friendly. Chilled atmosphere. Cottages basic but clean and comfy. Restaurant good considering on an island - selling typical Cambodian food and ‘western’ dishes.
Cons: Maybe the sun loungers could have a few more umbrellas under them but I’m just being picky.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: our expectations were low given the fact we've chosen a tent to sleep in but it was actually extremely comfy! the mattress was great, plenty of space to put your backpack in your tent, no sand thanks to the wooden construction below. Safety lockers for valuables are a nice touch. Showers and toilets were always cleaned and working perfectly, no waiting lines. plus coco beach is a great romantic and quiet place to stay :)
Cons: coming from the main land and used to plastic chair eateries, prices at the local restaurant are really high. but there is no other place to go, so you just pay the price... good cocktails tho and the portions are somehow big at least :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our bungalow was literally 20m away from the beach. Lilly (the owner) is very very kind and friendly.
Cons: Service in the restaurant is very slow.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location, the beach
Cons: Bad communication Extra costs expected Unclean Cold water only Holes in mosquito net Too expensive for you really get
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place for relaxation!
7.5 Good
Pros: I missed my boat back to Sihanoukville and the staff was very helpful in finding me another boat. The location is beautiful and I found the cottages were perfect for what I was looking for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything perfect place to chill, staff so friendly, highly efficient.
Cons: Amazing best beach in cambodia, love it there coming back next year
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was cleaned regularly and sheets and towels changed. The shared bathrooms were being cleaned constantly. And there was free refill for the water bottles, thank you!
Cons: The long chairs on the beach were always being held by a towel while people were not actually using them for hours. Very inconsiderate so the staff should put up signs and let people know they should not do that. Common courtesy from guests! Common sense is not so common after all.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Rooms are very clean, with AC and a gorgeous seaview. The staff is super helpful and the hotel has a great beach bar with breakfast and drinks by the sea.
Cons: The bed was not exactly super comfy (maitress too firm) and the bathroom shower had a weak water preassure. As I could see on the other hotels in the island available on booking, the rooms at white bangalow are quite good though. Is you do not mind these details I strongly recomend this hotel!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Bungalow V27 right on the beach, I couldn’t have picked a better location. Staff also help when there was a mix up with a taxi for the ferry. Manager is a really nice guy, loved the place.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Our bungalow was right on the beach. Good restaurant and nice staff. You could hear the music from the parties but it didn't bother us.
Cons: The hotel was quite expensive so we expected little more. The bungalow was modest there were two beds, table and wardrope and bahtroom. Pillows and mattreses needs to be renewed.
7.1 Good
Pros: Just in front of the beach! The staff was super nice and overall was nice.
Cons: We had monkeys visiting our terrace while we were there... So we were afraid of enjoying the views and benefiting of the peace of this place. Such a pity... and not at all white beaches fault... Curious anecdote to tell
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect.
Cons: The service was at times really really slow. It was like they were uninterested in taking your order. But the food was delicious when it first arrived. Some of the staff like the manger was very friendly and helpful.
7.1 Good
Pros: We stayed in a beach front unit with a/c. The deck chairs and hammock were great to have. We liked being at the quiet end of the beach. They picked us up at the pier.
Cons: The inside of the bungalow was lacking based on the price. There was no kettle, coffee maker, water, chairs, hangers, place to lay out your suitcase or any glasses. They accept cash only and wouldn’t let us run a tab at the restaurant.

Pros: Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was amazing. The restaurant is set back from the property with great views of the beach and sea. Extensive menu. They cook European food very well. Wide choice of drinks, cocktails and some wines. Very drinkable. Spacious and comfortable. A wonderful place to hang out. We stayed in the bungalows not directly on the beach but about 15 meters back and they are ideal.
Cons: A small fridge in the room would be a welcome addition. Aside from that nothing.
7.9 Good
Pros: - Rustic bungalow in the jungle right on the beach. A 7 night stay here felt like a real adventure - outside toilet/shower and being able to see monkeys and gecko's roaming around! - The food here was so good I ate here almost every night. - Short walk from where the boat docks/ main tourist area. However - just as easy to get out into more isolated parts of the Island. - Friendly staff
Cons: - I felt as though the bungalow's were somewhat overpriced. $35 per night felt expensive considering how rustic they are however I guess the price can be explained by the beautiful location. Koh Rong is a real treat, so much of it is untouched by hoards of tourists as many SEA islands are. The sheets/ towels are only changed after 3 days if you ask. - No hot water in the bungalow bathrooms. - No protection from monkeys - I had a very close encounter with one who got into my room and tried to take my passport whilst I was showering! Not for the faint hearted!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was an amazing experience, bungalow was so great and close to water and town...everything you need it to have relaxing holiday was there
Cons: At the beginning we didn’t have everything ready for us, missing some blankets and towels and couple other things but we were able to get it at the front desk
1.0 Poor
Pros: Distant from pier just 5min walk, beautiful viu on sunrise in the morning from taras
Cons: Condition of bungalow very poor, strong smell (The septic tank broke out), one sink didn't work, no towels, dirty beach around hotel, bedbugs in the mattress, expensive and very small portion of food. Amok is a sponge not traditional Khmer food. Staff and ovner not friendly and couldn't help in any question. The worst place in my life. Highly not recommended!!!!!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location and the beach area. It was wonderful.
Cons: The bedroom was quite small and not well equipped. The living area outside our room, Although quite big, was not clean at all and had too many sand flies, mosquitoes and insects. No toiletries provided in the bathroom, just toilet paper. For the price we paid, (we got the A/C room) we felt it was overpriced. Aircon was leaking inside the room all throughout our stay too. Room was badly lit, So a little bit hard looking for stuff at night. And we couldn’t lock our room from inside which we managed to just overlook and trusting that the hotel premises was well guarded. We got an ala Carte breakfast though which was OK.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nice location Food okay Staff good Mosquito nets provided thankfully as the place was swarming with mozzys
Cons: Over priced but so is everything on the island Charged to fill up your water bottle, despite there being a terrible plastic/rubbish issue on the island. Our bungalow was extremely rickety but it was okay
