Pros: The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning and amazing value for money. I would also like to give a massive thank you to Tolga and Can (hotel staff) for providing me with fantastic service and great hospitality. Highly recommend!

Pros: Facilities, Staff, room service! Clean and comfy. The location is far from the city center, however; it’s close to the beautiful area of Florya, 10 min Taxi and you will be in Florya sea side.. nice walk way by the sea and great Mall with a breathtaking sea view from food floor. For me the hotel was a fantastic host and fit the purpose very well.

Cons: Far from the city center.. with bad traffic from and to the city center .. unless you use the metro which is a bit far from the hotel and will take you like 35-50 min to Yenikapı Metro station.

Pros: Hotel was great. Transport information we get from guest relations chief (Yilmaz) saves us time of traffic nightmare

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms in a very good location near a metrobus station. The staff were generally good and co- operative especially the receptionist Hakan.

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable, some of which were cotton, old and like bag of stones.

Cons: I kept complaining about the lights in my room kept flickering they never fixed. Super hard beds. Repetitive breakfast the whole week without a single change and very basic, mostly salad items. Pillows had no covers and never provided even after several requests.

Pros: The room was ver clean and the location from the airport was good. The staff was very helpfull, and the design of the room was also very nice.

Cons: The location itself is not really good, there aren't really a lot of things to do in the vicinity of the hotel. Also the food is just ok, so if you want good food, you have to travel a bit before you can find a good location. Also the swimmingpool is not as nice as in the pictures, not very clean and also it's been a while since the last time they repaired a part of the wellness area.

Cons: Charged 20 Euro extra for 13 year old child. The website said that children were included. Not happy about this. At the desk they said child must be 6 or less.

Cons: Breakfast was good but not as good as I would expect from Ramada Encore Istanbul. Simit (sesame bagel is the best I can translate it) felt like it was left over from yesterday, and borek (pastry) was dry. Other breakfast items were good quality.

Cons: We were denied the stay because we had 2 kids with us and the hotel stated the reservation is for 2 adults only. At the time of booking on Kayak, I selected 2 adults + 2 kids (1 is 3 yrs old and the other one is 9 months old. But when we arrived at Ramada, the reception told us that their system only shows 2 adults and there is no reference to the kids. As such they asked one of the adults to stay in the lobby so that the 2 kids could check into the room. I got this room for the kids anyways because we were connecting through Istanbul and had 9 hrs of layover. So I stayed in the lobby and my wife and the kids went upstairs to the room. We checked out 4 hours later and went back to the airport. All in all, this experience left a very bad impression on me and my family from both Ramada and Kayak for such poor service. I have been a long time costumer of Kayak and expected a much better service. I will leave a negative review on Trip Adviser for this hotel and am requesting a full refund for my reservation + the transportation fee from the airport to this hotel and back to the airport. Pros: Good bar, friendly people.

Pros: The rooms were quiet. The breakfast was a complete meal and very good. The location has many restaurants nearby.

Cons: The transfers are not on demand or even frequent but every 2 hours on a fixed schedule. We missed or did not see the bus at 6 pm so we had to take a taxi. Even though it is close to the terminal it took 45 minutes t o get to the hotel during Friday evening between 6 and 7 pm. Th hotel restaurant was so smoky you could smell it on yourself all night long.

Pros: Everything was a great experience, for a price which was exceptional. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Cons: It is not next to the airport, so it takes about 20 minutes to get there when there is morning traffic.

Cons: Evening desk manager was grumpy Music playing in the restaurant was full of expletives and had to ask them to change it. Didn't take American Express even though that's what I booked the reservation with.

Pros: Having an airport shuttle service and being close to IST made this a convienent hotel choice.The aurport has vendors who charge triple the taxi price and deceive you into thinking you are hiring a taxi.

Cons: The shuttle runs every two hours. So you need to know the schedule and where to pick up the bus at the airport otherwise you are out of luck. Getting to the hotel (4 miles) at rush hour took 45 minutes so keep that in mind. There are restaurants nearby but no one spoke English. The hotel restaurant was filled with cigarette smoke.

Pros: The facilities were adequate.

Cons: The breakfast was horrible (reheated food from the day before), the staff was rude each time we interacted with them, trying to charge for parking our own car even though it was advertised as free, took the water that we didn’t drink out of the fridge so we couldn’t keep it.

Pros: The lobby and rooms were nicely decorated . Location was good. Staff were alright , could be better . Overall a good place to stay, comfortable and well air conditioned.

Cons: The breakfast was terrible , there wasn’t a variety of food. Opt out of the breakfast if you have a chance there are much nicer options outside of the hotel. Wifi was weak in hotel rooms.
