Cons: I wish parking was a bit less expensive, or there was a self park option.

Cons: No minibar,, no vending machines ,no smoking- but no balconies !!!! I expected a high class, luxury hotel..... I found myself regretting the choice immediately upon arrival in the room... No minibar, (then why did they take a 400 dollar deposit from my card without mentioning it, in addition to my paying the 600 up front for the two days I was staying there.??????!!?..... Which will take a week to be put back on my card...... No soda or vending machines, closest 24 hr place to get snacks is 3 miles away.... They charged me over 60 dollars in overnight parking fees without ever asking me whet make or model or license plate number... I didn't even have a car with me on this trip- staff were condescending and rude about my attempting to address these and other issues..... Don't stay here Houston is big no shortage of alternatives that are not a waste if minry

Cons: The valet was decent. It's about $34 a night after tax for one car, but it is downtown Houston. They are very quick about getting your car ready for you when you call for it. At night we called valet for a cab and went down 10 minutes later and they said it had not arrived yet. My group waited 10 more minutes inside the garage before the valet guy told us to stand on the street and try to get one. What is the point of calling ahead for a cab if they wanted us to go flag one down ourselves. There is no on site self parking, but there is a small private owned parking lot connected to the right of the hotel which is $10/ a day where my friend left his car. Check your bill before you leave!! I was charged an extra $20 dollars for "long distance calls." I didn't realize it was considered long distance to call valet down stairs... They were happy to take it off, but I'm glad I checked it.

Cons: Management was very unprofessional and rude de when handling services charges and fees.

Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent.

Cons: Amenities were too basic for a JW-class hotel.

Cons: Located near light rail and could be heard all day and night.

Cons: Towels were a little rough. $40 for 1 night of parking is steep. $30 for two mojitos is also steep.

Cons: Got locked out of room at noon even though we had a late check out scheduled. Was no big deal though. They had a bus boy sent up to give us new room keys and they apologized.

Cons: All the pictures showed a large tub in the bathroom. This was really important to us in booking our room, however, there was only a shower upon arrival. We felt duped.

Cons: I did not like the cramped quarters at the entrance. Due to the train, the narrow lanes for auto & valet made for a cluster. There were no bell carts available and the bell men seemed too busy. I did not like the small size of the sleeping room. Very cramped quarters.

Cons: Better description of hotel rooms, since Superior seems to be a better room than Deluxe. Strange!

Cons: Beds weren't made, trash was not taken, towels were not replenished

Cons: I called ahead to find out whether I needed to bring our coffee brewer for our own, in room, coffee, and was told they had actual brewers (not those pod-type things). They didn't, and couldn't locate any, and didn't have any answers for how to get what we wanted and what they said they had. They did brew our coffee in their kitchen for us, which was apparently the best they could do. We almost didn't get the early check in they had also promised over the phone; luckily I had the name of the person who granted it, who happened to be the one at the front desk and who initially told us they couldn't check us in early.

Cons: Everything was perfection!

Cons: No way to get to the valet- lines were even blocking the intersection. Major renovations left all areas ina huge mess. "breakfast" I paid extra for when I made the reservation consisted of cup of fruit and a croissant. So very disappointed in this trip!

Cons: The pool was perfect for my 4 year old because it is only 3 feet deep and not very big at all. A little disappointing.

Cons: Our room was supposed to be ready for check in at 3, but upon arrival at 4:30, our room still wasn’t ready! The first person we came in contact with told us she was sorry the room wasn’t ready, and then the second guy said they didn’t have 500 maids that could clean them all at once. He did comp our breakfast and gave us two free drinks, but we had to wait for a room to come available. Extremely aggravating! The lighting was terrible in the bathroom and I could hardly see to put on my makeup.

Cons: The staff inside seemed a bit on edge from the double weddings in the restaurant, clerk told us we could order at the bar tender stand downstairs and the bartender seemed offended and said she's a liar, it's room service only that night. I was not fond of the prices for waffles and french toast on the menu, seemed an awful high price for such a simple food. The view from my room was construction and graffiti ' ed windows on the building next to us.

Cons: I hated how expensive everything was. I wouldn't mind paying so much if I were going to have an excellent experience.

Cons: The main drawback for us is that there was a wedding the night we stayed so the bar/pool table area was not available. There was no other good place to hang out at the hotel which was inconvenient for us.

Cons: Bed was old, uncomfortable and not worth what we paid for.

Cons: Most days, house keeping left no water, even though I was on the 8th floor.

Cons: There was a convention of teenagers in town and bus loads of teens were everywhere in the hotel. Noise was a problem at night.

Cons: Customer service was lacking. Front desk not very personable.

Cons: Parking is a problem, no self parking and you can wait for your car for a long time.. During peak hours, valet department don't answer your call..even if they do you may still wait !!!

Cons: Had to use valet parking the whole time as the regular deck was closed, and there was an extended wait to get the car when I was ready. The room could also use a refrigerator.

Cons: Night duty manager extremely rude; hung up phone on me. Very limited skeletal crew available at night.

Cons: Maintenance, little HW, tub drips all day/nite, ice machine broken on 20th storie, no breakfast

Cons: Paid for 3 days of high speed internet. On day 2 it was cut off for some reason. I contacted the front desk and it was restored within the hour.

Cons: The pool and hot tub close at 10pm.. You have to walk right pass them to get to the 24 hour gym.. they should all be 24 hour

Cons: The hotel is a little dated. Parking was not terribly convenient. Not much of a restaurant selection in the immediate vicinity.

Cons: Did not like room 510 - the room was right up against the elevator shaft - very noisy. Disappointed that they put us in that room in the first place.
