Pros: Very nice hotel, very clean, perfect location

Pros: The location is incredible. We felt like we were in the heart of Granada without being at the epicenter. You can walk to the Catedral de Granada, the Albaicin and the Alhambra (although that is steep and you might want to taxi). Even without those amazing sites the plazas and winding streets are charming and enough for any tourist. The Hotel is beautiful. One modern building and one classic. Both are kept up. We stayed in the modern building and looked upon the classic. It was done in a way that didn't distract from either building. The staff is friendly. If you've rented a car then you can park it for a small fee.

Pros: The design of the room is perfect and the match of materials and colours. The spa and swimming pool is attractive and beautiful although it is bit small. The restaurant is good and staffs are very kind, even their English is not really good but I can feel they are trying to be nice.

Pros: Earlier in the month we stayed at Hospes hotel in Salamanca - yesterday we left Hospes hotel Palaciao de los Patos - it was a great stay! Location is super - an oasis close to the commercial center of Granada. Most of monuments and musea in walking distance - main shopping area just around the corner. Alhambra is 10 minutes by taxi away. Hotel has own parking - and valet parking service is great! Check-in was efficient and with care and a smile. Since we were a party of 3 adults we were granted an upgrade to a suite - which is a truly amazing room. Lots of character and space. The interior has a modern touch in an ancient building - a very nice combination. Room was well equipped - shower offers a lot of space - bed is very large and tall - and offers great sleep quality. Only missing piece in room is a Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was truly excellent - large choice and very fresh ingredients. Service at breakfast efficient but a smile in the morning would be great :) Worthwhile mentioning is the pool - not truly a swimming pool but rather a XXL jacuzzi (can handle more than 10 pax) in a nice spa-like environment. No daylight but great place to relax after a long and hot walk in the Alhambra. We had dinner one night in the restaurant which was super - recommended to make advanced booking since we had last table available on a sunday evening. Check out was also efficient and with warm smile. Overall a great stay - very consistent with Hospes experience in Salamanca - can only recommend staying in Hospes hotels.

Pros: Location was great, close to many restaurants, shops and to Albaicin shopping and dining area. Having a suite was great, we enjoyed our own tapas from local markets. Air Conditioning worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very new. Price was very reasonable but hotels in Granada are lower cost than other places.

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent position, within easy walking distance of everything I wanted to visit. It was near to restaurants and cafes but was very quiet.

Pros: The location was very prime. Close to everything, restaurants at the foot of the hotel. Variety of entertainment nightly (fireworks on our last night. Not sure if that was our hotel's or somewhere else but we enjoyed, nonetheless.) Best breakfast ever! Mimosas, bread, pastries, staff on duty to cook omelet, make sandwiches, etc.

Pros: location 10/10, Restaurants/shops just outside of the hotel. Close to the train station. I walked to the hotel from the train station (around 15 minutes). I took taxi to go to Alhambra (8 euros) really helpful staff, called taxi for me, also found my next hotel in Maraga. Good for young couples.

Pros: The location was so handy to access the city centre of Granada. Comfortable bed, lovely to have a sofa in the room and great air conditioning. Nicely furnished room which addd to the stay. Except for a few little niggles mentioned below, it was a fantastic stay.

Pros: Hotel has a great location, in the very centre of the old town. It is a walking distance from all important city attractions. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Room-keeper has kept our room tidy and clean beyond our expectations. The stuff is very pleasant and helpful. It is possible to buy refreshing drinks in hotel for a very reasonable prices.

Pros: A perfect location, huge bathroom, large and comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our sleep after insanely long walks. Everything is nice and clean. You can buy water in the lobby. There's an elevator.

Pros: It was an enjoyable stay at the Hotel Sacromonte. First of all, the reception staff received guests in a friendly and courteous manner. On one occasion, I was reminded of personal safety when visiting El Mirador de San Nicholas and this made me feel that the staff really care about their guests. Speaking of the hotel room, it offered good value for money - spacious and well-equipped.

Pros: The A/C in the room makes all the difference during those hot summer nights! The bed was made daily and any discarded towels were replaced. The hotel isn't far from multiple cafes and bars, so there are a lot of options to choose from. The Cathedral (and a plaza Nueva) is under 10 minutes' walking distance , and the Alhambra section can be reached in half an hour.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and centrally located with in walking distance to most historic sites.

Pros: This hotel was a surprise. Judging the price we were expecting something very minimal but the room was over the normal space and very nice. The balcony overlooks a low traffic road so the noise is not an issue. The garage is exactly one block away the hotel. The staff was very helpful and they even arranged for us to use a secondary parking as the car was a bit longer. The location is next to the city center so you can visit Sacromonte by foot and Alhambra using the bus which stops just a few meters from the hotel. We would visit it again.
