Cons: Loved it all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Recently renovated, high tech only casting to tv is missing or not very easy to use. Great heating and cooling system in the room. Overall a great hotel and with really caring stuff All stuff was on the spot at all times not even one mistake except spa
Cons: No pillow menu , I have neck problems and they charged me no show at spa even though I cancelled 2 hours advance (6hours their policy ) , as a hotelier I totally understand but don’t accept it because as a in house guest for 7 nights considering the total bill, this seems to me like the property goes in little calculations in terms of money which makes you feel as a customer but not as a guest. Spa has problems in general. They also tried to charge my wife a service which she didn’t use. Limited room service menu and very limited late night menu
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: The digital tablet ordering system in the room lacked some details when it came to ordering spa services and in room dining items.

Pros: The place is stunning, lovely gardens to walk around and a swimming pool really nice. Staff was amazing very lovely people.
Cons: Food seems to be very expensive for what it was. The only good day I found was when they had the buffet which may be cancelled depending on number of guests. Parking is Valet no other option which I found inconvenient, having a baby the last thing I want to do is to hang around waiting for my car to arrive.

Pros: Staff is friendly. Hotel is really pretty. Free fresh apples are offered during daytime. SPA facilities are excellent. Game playground is really big.
Cons: Our wash-basin and bath tub could not drain at late night. We waited for hotel staff to fix it but those remained stuck the other day. Overview Reviews
When you stay at Coast Anabelle Hotel in Burbank, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of NBC Studios and Warner Brothers Studio. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Easy to get to. Good location
Cons: There was an awful smell in the hallway and our room. It was too late to request a room change. It’s a older building. Maybe that was the issue. Photos are deceiving for this property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The employees were exceedingly helpful and polite and the room was perfect! It even had a small refrigerator, which was very useful.
Cons: Your website could be clearer about your shuttle service. In one place it said that you provided shuttle service to a few different local areas and attractions. But in another spot it said that you only provide shuttle service to the Bob Hope airport. Consequently, I was too late to get reservations at convenient times for my family when I found out that you do, in fact, have shuttle service to different attractions around town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location was good in distance from our destination to Universal Studios. The y provided a shuttle ride to the park.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The door locked.
Cons: Unfortunately...everything. Let me just say that we were on the highest floor: 3. Everytime the phone rang at the front desk, we thought we needed to answer it in our room. Said enough?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at reception was very nice, helped us figure out the room setup with kids, changed us to a better solution, no problem. Parking lot easy, restaurant below was nice, room (suite) very clean and comfy beds, the bathroom was pretty spectacular! And had a full fridge kitchen too. You get the use the pool of Safari Inn across the road, same owner.
Cons: It's a part of town that makes sense if you are visiting the studios, otherwise it takes a bit of a drive to LA sights, especially to downtown.
7.0 Good
Pros: The proximity to Universal studios was nice, coupled with the complimentary shuttle. For the price, a continental breakfast would have been nice, but they had a restaurant attached. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The very first thing I did was pull the bed covers back and check the sheets. One of them had dirty sheets. I was also almost charged $75 for a bathrobe that was never restocked in my room's closet. I caught this on the way out and had to talk with staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were pleasant & nice; the hotel, inside and out, was very clean (to my standards, that's saying a lot!); staff were knowledgeable of anything asked of them regarding Burbank about how to get to different locations, etc.; we really liked the large shower(!); we enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant; and the "free" transportation to Universal City Walk was enjoyable; parking at the hotel was "free" (a huge plus!); and we met some very nice people during our stay. We would stay there again.
Cons: There was only one thing -- The toilet paper, it felt like sand paper! Need to invest in a "softer" brand.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Cons: There was not much nearby that was walking distance, but easy enough to get an über to take you to nearby sights/activities.
7.4 Good
Pros: Staff was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. A little off the beaten path but seemingly a nice neighborhood.
Cons: I asked for a pre noon check in online the day before and I was not allowed to check in until 3 pm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to area attractions and studios is excellent. Price is very reasonable. Rooms are very clean and spacious.
Cons: No complaints!

Pros: Bed is so comfy and the location is the best
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the property are fantastic

Pros: Hotel is located in la live which was perfect for the laker game we attended.

Cons: Looked to upgrade to a suite but only one king size bed in the room. Pool was nice but found the water to be a bit dirty.

Overview Reviews
The newest addition to hotelier and restaurateur Jeff Klein’s JK Hotel Group, Hotel 850 SVB is a new hotel concept inspired by European residential-style properties where the comforts and accoutrements of home blend seamlessly with the luxury and service of a contemporary hotel. Nestled on a beautiful street in West Hollywood, the historic building’s circa 1918 bungalow façade leads to a newly designed property developed by architect Marc Appleton and designer Rita Konig in partnership with Klein. The result is a decidedly different urban getaway. An under the radar pied a terre for the curious and discerning. And a hotel unlike any other in Los Angeles.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: One improvement: Include hard-boiled eggs in the Continental breakfast. Right now it is too high in carbs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms, bathroom/shower, cleanliness, vintage style, music, rooftop, location, wonderful bed.
Cons: Breakfast could be better. For instance, with eggs and different fruits. There was never bread for the toaster.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great set-up. Lots of thought has gone into making this a great place to stay
6.0 Good
Pros: The Location is amazing, walking distance to everywhere, the staff team is amazing.
Cons: Too much noise in the room from outside.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super nice, and beds were really soft.... I felt comfortable and like I was at a getaway.
Cons: Sharing bathrooms with so many people is awkward, and the room I got from ordering online was SUPER small hut compared to pictures so I had to pay another 25 to upgrade for something more comfortable, and also 20 bucks for parking when I'm already paying 150 a night is kinda ridiculous. But I still enjoyed the pool and the oasis feel.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff went out their way to make you feel welcome.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Hidden fees! Advertised price was $---, we payed over double that.
5.4 Okay
Cons: If you don’t mind driving to the location and find out the entrance is in some unknown location without any signs, and after wondering around for 1/2 an hour to finally pull in to the parking and thinking this is it, you are wrong. Once parked and went inside the lobby, I found out the actual hotel lobby is on the 70th floor. After finding the elevator, finally I arrive at the checking desk to find a huge line with only 2 desks helping guests while the desk for the members is wide open, but refusing to help none-member guests. So, this gets even better, after nearly another 30 minutes. I finally Check In, and find out I must use a different elevator to get to my room on 56th floor. To check out and get into my car, I had to once again get into an elevator to go back to 70th floor, switch into another elevator with a line expending at least 30 feet, and after finally thinking it’s over, I find out I have to take another elevator on the 1st floor to go and get my car on P1 level and not where I first valet parked my car. The rooms are modern and for a suite, it was even missing the robes, and the room was very hot when I first arrived. I rather pay a bit more and stay at a place where it feels like a hotel and not a shared hi-rise mixed used hotel where the entire place isn’t a hotel and is being shared with office spaces or other mixed use. It didn’t feel like a hotel. The staff were friendly and even they felt the situation is awkward. Everyone inside the elevator were laughing or joking to show how frustrated they were about the whole situation and how inconvenient it was. If you are planning to drive there, don’t. Take an Uber and save $50.00 on parking and getting lost for 1/2 an hour with no signs telling you where to go. The only good thing is the view, but you get that at Ritz and the Marriott with better service and amenities.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I searched for a reputable, safe, clean, affordable hotel to meet my “per diem” budget for my employer. The rates for a Los Angeles hotel are high. This was such a nice surprising change. I read many reviews before booking. The hotel is a hidden gem located very close to highway routes, tourism and shopping. Self contained with a gift shop, restaurant and beautiful landscape. The hotel “theme” makes you feel as if you stepped back in time. I would return for another visit.
Cons: My balcony faced the restaurant patio so I needed to close my drapes after dusk.

Pros: Beautiful mid-century hotel that’s been completely updated and modernized. The grounds are peaceful, beautiful, and spotless.

Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the location and the staff. It is walking distance to a lot of great spots, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
