Cons: Car was very beat up and didn't have newer functionality like a phone or blue tooth connection.

Pros: That they were open later on a Saturday over others rental carriers.
Cons: My car pickup situation left a lot in answers and employees seemed to want to get out of work as opposed to servicing clients. Two employees literally tossed up what they were to do in front of me: either show me to my rental and do the damage checkoff off , or return another customers car. After that, I was rushed to do a very poor car damage check off and ideally the one thing the man didn't rush me to check was the windshield, which I was later charged for a needle size pelt in said windshield. The car itself Was not the model provided online and clearly had not been cleaned before use. Granted I should have taken more time to look the car over, but at the time I was waiting 20 minutes without any other customers to receive said car, and again witnessed the employees bargaining on who would have to take me to show the car and do a damage check off. Employee marked a few things off, made it comical and gave me the keys. Prior to this the previous employee talked me through the gas standards and told me the lower cost of pre purchasing the gas. I told him the exact miles I was driving as this was a 12 hour rental for work and he charged me for a full tank, making it sound like I would be paid back the amount of gas I did not use which was less than half a tank. When returning the car, I was asked if I purchased there protection plan. When I said no, I was told I was being charged for a crack in the windshield. As stated above, said crack was needle size, not something you would see in the damage check off before taking the car, which again i was rushed through. After that the employee tried to charge me for a full tank of gas after explaining they do not do gas exchange or reuimbursement. I ended up having the car less than 32 hours and was charged $127 and change for said hours, supposed damage, and less than half a tank of gas. I will never rent from hertz again, and will
Advise my family, and work employees who work in the film industry and use hertz a lot for rental services and out of state firms, to not proceed business with them. The customer service was non existent, the employees never went into detail and swayed away from Fees for gas, damages that were not properly looked over, the actual car make and model i was renting, what my insurance provides, and charging for
Damages I certainly did not do. I went in to them thinking I would be able to do what was needed at a low price and left paying double what I expected and was shown. By far the worst rental experience I have received and will be following up on other websites.

Cons: Pick up from airport was slow. Lines at the counter was very long with only 3 available staff. We got to car rental at 11pm and left 1:30 am. Not a pleasant experience
