Pros (+) They have roaches, some of the lights don’t work, and for a non-smoking facility if smelled like cigarettes up and down the hallways
Cons (-) Cleanliness and maybe invest in some glade plug ins for the hallways

Cons (-) People knocking on the door to our room all night. Pool/Hot Tub water smelt like fish. Rude receptionist at front when checking in. The front desk would not give us extra towels for the pool. It was an awful experience.
