PROS: The staff at reception and in the adjoining pub were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with some great little touches such as a complementary small decanter of port. The bathroom had excellent fixtures. The bed was comfortable. The location is right downtown, just a short walk to the Cathedral, restaurants and shopping.CONS: The hotel is on a charming narrow street, which can be a little challenging for a tourist driver to drive up to. By driving 100 yards through an intersection, however, you can solve this by going into one of two parking garages. I know that’s not much of a criticism, but I felt the need to put something in the criticism box.
