Pros: Large rooms with a great view of the Dubai skyline. Unlike some of the other hotels, Raffles includes Wi-Fi in your room rate which I think is the right way to go as most people have internet access at work and home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is connected to a large mall and so you have easy access to all the stores and restaurants in it. The metro station is a short walking distance from the hotel. It is definitely a hotel I would come back to and recommend to my friends.

Pros: very bad experience. nightmare . ruined my calibration and my weekend.
Cons: the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked to calibrate my anniversary and my wife's birthday. We agreed that I shall check in and after one hour I leave the room to prepare a little arrangement for the occasion and they confirmed that to me. I left the room and returned after mid night and they didn’t do anything in the room and all their promises were not met or delivered. Big disappointment for me and defiantly my wife was very disappointed from me ..

Cons: I would like to stay for 3 hours with a friend off 2 the only reason we stayed there is to dress up and take showers but the receptionist wasn't friendly I know the laws but she didn't understand the circumstances she think we booked two bad to stay for three she listens her self for that reason I don't see the Sheraton standard I understand that very poor customer service I have reason to stay and tell her the situation instead that she tells for security to not going three of us I feel like stupid and disrespectful I paid and one day and just for 3 hours staying that's not acceptable even if the security they got told to go there job but the didn't understand why they have to do this they feel very sorry what so ever she should be at that position either she has to training or I am not trying to be mean and bad that very true if you want to the business people look the custemer service I one that night I can not bring my friends I so sorry

Pros: this is a new-build hotel built in early 2015. The materials for the room are excellent with special floor tiles good quality carpet frameless glass shower doors and Granite bathroom countertops. Some interesting features are there it has electronic light switches which basically control the lighting through a scene which is very interesting and cool. The view of the creek is amazing. I used the pool which was great as well as a poolside bar where you can drink smoothies while sitting in the pool. The gym was excellent. valet parking is free if you are a guest which was very convenient.

An instruction was sent at our doorstep the day before check out that we have to leave before 12noon otherwise we would be charged 50% and after 6pm 100% 3 . Bathroom finishing was poor but clean

Pros: This was my first time in Dubai so I wasn't aware of how big it was. I chose this hotel cause it was in my price range and it still had a nice long pool. Once I got there the pool did not disappoint! It was very nice with shade and sun, full service and quiet! The staff here we're very friendly and helpful. The was great, much better than other hotel breakfasts. The room was large and so was the bathroom. I didn't try the restaurants at the hotel but they were always busy so I'm assuming they were good! The subway was right down the street. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend staying here!
Cons: The bed was a little hard and the room had a funny smell. I had mentioned to the staff that it was a little warm in my room and I attempted to turn down the AC but that didn't work. I think the building is climate controlled and it was a little warm for me. Also I didn't appreciate that they charged me to print out two pages worth of vouchers for a tour. If you are familiar with Dubai and you know the Bur Dubai area then this is a great hotel. If you are not familiar with the city then realize that this is in the old part of town. The new/modern part of the city is about an hour away with traffic. Although it is close to the subway it is still very inconvenient to get to the more tourist areas.

Cons: Hotel transfer was v expensive. Hotel staff tell you excessive price for taxi trip and then get you a driver. You don't realise you're being ripped off until you get into a metered cab. Insist on a metered trip every time and just get s cab from airport.
