Pros (+) Most of the staff were friendly or at least did their job. The manager on duty; Jacky seems to be willing to help customers. It is good that they have hot water, tea, and coffee at the lobby all the time; not only at breakfast!
Cons (-) The guy who checked us in made a big mess when we were checking in. I have been to other Super 8 locations where the breakfast is much better and facility is more pleasant. Towels were not that clean; yet, they seemed to keep them clean because the cleaning personal were willing to change the towels every day.
