Pros:
Nothing! The staff in Landover told me adding a second driver was free if I was married, which I am. Then when I dropped off the car they charged me for it. I reminded them what they told me and they said it was an error on their part but would not credit me. They should know their own policies and should have made things right by not charging me for their error!!Cons:
Staff should know Hertz policies and make their errors correct by not charging renters for their errors!! Staff told me to call customer service and they would not credit me either. I asked for a supervisor and she told me the supervisor would tell me the same thing. Very bad customer service. I read a review that said do not rent from this location but I gave it a try.
