Pros: Location and amenities. If we asked for it we got it. Yoga mat, ice, corkscrew, and maintenance. We had one of the newly renovated rooms which was really beautiful. Fantastic view into the harbour.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, a former firehouse, has a beautiful feel. The very opposite of a cookie cutter chain hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room was large and comfortable.
Cons: The location, in the center of Kendall Square, is difficult to park in. The hotel does have a small underground lot (which is great) but the fit is right. Despite a warning from front desk staff, we still managed to nick the front bumper...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location, Wi-Fi hotspot in every room.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Everything about the hotel and room.
Cons: The room was amazing. Only thing I could say was the bed was to hard.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good. the location is excellent for dining out. We liked the private bedroom. no disturbing the other person when he /she went to bed. My wife liked the automatic curtain closer.
Cons: The room upstairs must have had kids. They were running around and it was a little disturbing.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I love the rooms in the hotel. Very updated, with a kitchen and utilities, bed is very comfortable, having a sofa where we can sit and have people over if we want is wonderful.
Cons: When I checked in I asked for a very quiet room. I was put on the 4th floor. After being in the room for a few hours and settled in I heard a child screaming and running around on the floor above us. That same scenario also happened at 8:30am. I go away every Sunday into Monday for relaxation and quietness and that did not happen at all with this "relaxing" night away. Your hotel in Burlington is my favorite hotel to stay at. I love the rooms and amenities and you are surrounded my delicious restaurants and things to do. I am really considering not returning to your hotel because of this incident. I am also a Marriott Bonvoy credit card holder and Marriott Bonvoy member. I have stayed at your hotel numerous time and this was my worst experience.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds and location
6.0 Good
Pros: I wish there was a real restaurant and bar in the hotel. Bar was lacking and bartender was a bit grouchy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were large and well equipped. The beds were comfy. The two-story rooms made them feel more like a suite than regular room and the high ceilings and architectural elements of the historic building are lovely. The location is unbeatable.
Cons: It was hard to regulate the room temperature and the HVAC was a bit noisy.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location cannot be beat if you want to be close to Quincy Market/North End/Downtown. Also, all the rooms are suites with a spacious living space. This is also a historic building so be sure to browse the museum quality displays throughout the lobby and hallways. Don't miss the observation deck!!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny - I understand wanting to have access from bed and living rooms but that doesn't really work in a 'smaller than average' hotel bathroom. Take out the big dining table, change to a drop leaf and steal 6 feet to expand the bathroom. Btw, if you are a light sleeper, request a high floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was great, they had activities for those staying in and the price was high but considering everything that you get I think it's worth it.
Cons: Maybe having a complimentary breakfast.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: we had a small favor to ask, which they first promised later refused.

7.0 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast, especially if you get a window seat. Great location. Smooth check-in and check-out. They added a bidet for us and always very quick with room service. Had unlimited complementary water and would always place extra when they do the turndown service which I appreciate. The staff were always very nice.
Cons: I requested a half day extension but they unfortunately didn't accommodate us even though I checked to see if they had available rooms and they did. The bed was a little uncomfortable and they had the typical duvet sandwiched in two flat sheets, which I quite dislike in American Hotels.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: Service at Breakfast very slow even when not busy ! The Breakfast Tea was never Hot enough ! Would have liked separate Lounge !

Pros: Third visit and coming back in the spring. Great rooms, excellent service, hearty breakfast, very accommodating in terms of schedules.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This BandB was beautiful, well run, and quiet. The extra bonus was a beautiful outdoor sitting space with lush plantings.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was smelly, and breakfast was very awkward in they way they serve you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was a delightful addition to my stay. The afternoon "tea" was appreciated as well. The rooms as always are neat and clean, the staff exceptional. The location is perfect as it is very close to Mass Ave, mass transit, stores, Harvard and its attractions, and of course, family living nearby.
Cons: Disappointed in the problem with the TV which was never able to be resolved during my stay. I was able to do a phone vidio of the problem and shared it with several people after they had it inspected during the day and felt it was working fine. The problem occured in the evenings after I returned from my family visits, so the video was able to confirm that there WAS a problem. I wish a minor refund had been offered, as I spent from around 7-7:30 pm on in the room each night and would have liked to watch TV.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I'm not a breakfast eater so the issue wasn't important--I did eat a muffin which was delicious. The location of the B&B was great--easy to walk or take public transportation. The room was quiet and comfortable; the staff really friendly and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked staying in a historic Inn with character. My room had a much-appreciated fireplace, a comfortable bed in a recessed area of the room and plenty of space for friends to gather in front of the fireplace. I liked that the room had a refrigerator hidden behind a door. And the bathroom had a terrific accent of molding made from broken plates and cups. The breakfast was great and staff were very nice to get me a gluten-free option. I appreciated the off-the-Street parking.
Cons: I have no complaints.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The inn is a perfect blend of an older property that has newer comforts. There were snacks and beverages in the lobby and a gracious host. The bed was so nice and the off-street parking was a welcome bonus. Walkable to everything you need and in a resedential setting made for a pleasant stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole staff was professional and helpful, especially Lisa, Kathleen, Christina, the waitress who served me my breakfast in my room and the housekeeper who took care of my room. I wish I had booked my return trip so that I could have had breakfast before checking out.
Cons: This is not a dislike but a full disclosure warning. I have problems with stairs Guests must know this ahead of time. However, I was able to manage my movements and stay mobile. I do not know if someone in wheelchair might have been able to do that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and charming B&B, with historic character but modern convenience. Highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quaint inn. Convenient location and free parking.
Cons: No space in room to work.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: A very understated classy hotel with attentive and professional staff. Doorman always held the door open for you, always a greeting and the reception staff always acknowledged your return. No public areas for sitting but that is why every room is a suite which is tastefully appointed with its own small bar/kitchen area. Food is Japanese in the restaurant with a busy bar for informal drinks in the evening. Can walk to most places or minutes away by taxi. You won't be disappointed
Cons: A little more variety in the choice of food in the evening. All sushi which was excellent and freshly made. Breakfasts were good with mostly eggs on the menu. Waffles were excellent but could have been hotter.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel had a classy, historic feel to it, with nice furnishings and very clean.
Cons: I was disappointed that there was no common space where you could sit and relax outside of your room. I didn't realize that this was the case before booking; I just assumed it would have a sitting area. Also small bathroom with too little counter space.

Pros: The staff was AMAZING! The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautiful. And the location was perfect for where we wanted to walk to. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again! Hotel employee went above & beyond to help us &
6.0 Good
Pros: It was conveniently located.
Cons: The room is small and the 20 bucks per day fee for internet and gym is not worth it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location. Easy to get to everything. We didn’t even need a car.
Cons: For the price, room was small and cramped.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room had a strange layout, was very dark. Only had 1 window to an inner courtyard, very dark.
7.0 Good
Pros: Bellhops, valet & room service staff were top notch. I had a problem checking in. They noticed & tried to make up for inflexible front desk.
Cons: Checking in was a problem. Front desk was inflexible. Woman who appeared to be the manager came out & she actually snapped at me. I was shocked. Another person at front desk tried to tell me that something that was a hotel policy was a law.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the facility is beautiful; maintained at the highest level; the room is spacious and extremely well equipped; the bath amenities are of the highest quality; the bed and linens are a dream in cleanness and comfort; the location is a walking distance from every important location I needed in town. it's the perfect hotel for me in Boston; the coffee shop downstairs is a winner; and the staff is extremely professional and helpful
Cons: nothing. I loved the hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great dining option and fun history being the former BPD headquarters.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Upscale ambience, friendly service, coffee service, WiFi
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is spacious and clean with a huge comfortable bed. The location provides easy access to the nearby shopping areas, to Boston Common and to Downtown. Everything is within walking distance. It is a 3 minute walk from the Logan Express bus service to and from Logan airport.
Cons: I do not like Loews security payment system. They take a credit card number on arrival. The amount debited was considerably in excess of the actual room rate. This debit remained on my account for several days after I had paid the bill. Because they operate a centralised communication system my complaint about this, and my request for the removal of the debit amount, was not dealt with for nearly a week. This is most unsatisfactory and so I will consider another hotel for my next trip notwithstanding the qualities of the hotel itself.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was nice, upscale but def a long way to go for 5.
Cons: Bathroom shower needed some TLC cleaning.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for my visit and needs. Check-in was easy, and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great The staff really helpful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff left chocolate dipped strawberries and a lovely card for my wife and I for our anniversary, which was lovely. The room was really comfortable, clean and quiet. Front of house staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The bathroom was a little cold, especially when getting out of the shower.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location to Boston library, Newbury street, Boston common and Faneuil hall! Great staffs!
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is well kept and the staff is polite and helpful. Only drawback is the unforeseen “urban amenities” fee charged on the bill. When your booking your room there’s no mention of this fee. It appears to be a fee charged to offset their low competitive room price.

Pros: Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Had several instances where room keys didn't work in elevator or room entry. Room was hot, AC didn't seem to work the first night. Complimentary or more reasonably priced breakfast would have been nice considering we paid for 2 rooms. $29 per person

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this hotel from the rooms down to the staff . You guys are all amazing . And i specifically want to give a shoutout to the young black female that was working the night of the 28th . You dealt with the nonsense even though you shouldn’t have . God will bless you !
Cons: I am very sorry that things got taken out of control . it was originally suooosed to be just a birthday get together with a few friends and some games and the word spread and got hectic . I tried rushing people out . The person that i had play music was informed to keep it low and at a respectful level . but ego took over his head and kept putting it up louder . i’m honestly a very responsible person and was able to keep the guests in control despite the fact too many people showed up . I was here last hear for my birthday as well and it was amazing .. had no complaints . i love this hotel and hope you guys will continue to allow me to book here . probably not for my birthday anymore lol . so sorry about everything !
