Absolutely horrendous vehicle. Poorly maintained. Steering wheel or left front tire rubbed when turning and there was a terrible rattle. Had a flat tire and tire was so bald it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Tire place was shocked the vehicle was allowed on the road with such bald tires. Shocking that Budget allowed this vehicle to be rented out in such poor condition. Terrifying to drive.Reviewed 8 Mar 2024

The line to pickup vehicle was ridiculously long and slow. It took approximately two hours waiting in line to pick up a car. The attendant was very nice and professional. It obviously was not his fault, but Budget must do a better job with staffing and expanding their Fastbreak self pickup service to improve. I am a Budget Fastbreak member, but could not use the service. Why? Kayak should work with Budget to include this option.Reviewed 6 Feb 2024
