Cons: The bathroom in our suite (room 201) had mold around the bathroom faucet, and pink mold (Serratia marcescens bacteria) all around the caulking of the tub and on the tile floor near the tub! That is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health hazard! And for the price of the room, the rooms and bathrooms should, at the very least, be sanitary! Not only that, while away at breakfast, we forgot to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, so the Help came in and took all of our used towels but did not replace them with clean ones, they did not empty our garbage bins (which were full of dirty diapers, as we were staying with our infant), and they took away our “Do Not Disturb” sign. Unacceptable. In addition, on one night during our stay, someone on our floor was smoking in their room, (I think next door) and the smoke was blowing into our room! We had our 8 month old daughter with us, so it was very upsetting considering it was supposed to be a smoke free facility.

Cons: Breakfast was 0600-1000. We got in very late and went down for breakfast at 0930. Everything was pretty much gone. Waffle iron was shut down at 0945, no bagels. Coffee closed down at 0950, maybe for refilling. Ended up going to Cracker Barrel.

Cons: The bathroom floor was sticky, the carpet wasn't swept at all and food could be seen so it wasn't like they missed it. The second night we got no replacement shampoo, no conditioner and I had left the empty box of tissues wasn't replaced.

Pros: Layout of room is awesome and spacious, and we loved hanging out in the room in the evenings because we didnt feel cramped. Kitchenette is nice and desk area is great. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and staff was welcoming.
Cons: The bathroom door should NOT be frosted glass! When 1 person goes to the bathroom, they wake up the other person in the room. Our toilet wobbled when we sat on it. A couple of hooks on the walls to hang garments in the bedroom area would be nice, along with luggage racks. Coffee pot is terrible. Kitchenette gets blocked by connecting doors when they are open, and the connecting doors between rooms will not stay open. Consider adding a door stop to these doors to brace them open for families. Mattress is VERY uncomfortable and squeaky.

Pros: The breakfast was just ok. The location was very quiet and away from heavy traffic.
Cons: Not enough choice of restaurants. Highway access was difficult to get to. Too many road choices. The floors of the room vibrated when the occupants in the next room walked around. This kept me awake the first night. The heat didn't work in the first room we were given, They moved us to another room which was a suite. This room was nice.

Cons: The staff was rude. I walked in at 3 and was told my room wasn’t ready but I went ahead and paid/gave my card for accidentals. I wrote down my number and they were to call me when it was ready. 2 hours later, we came back and asked if our room was ready now. They claimed I never gave them my number or my card and were super rude about it. I had my stepfather who is on oxygen with me. I was near in tears as the woman told me I was wrong about paying or giving my card for incidentals or giving my number to be called. Then the floor wasn’t clean in the room. “Crumbs” everywhere. I was also disappointed because the reviews said how comfortable the beds are and they’re actually super firm (which called for stiff backs in the morning). Very disappointed by this stay. Definitely won’t stay here again.

The continental breakfast was pretty nice. It had hot food and a decent selection.

Cons: The bathroom was too small. We had a room that could sleep four. There is not way four adults could have properly gotten ready in that tiny bath. I barely had room for our toiletry bag.
Unfortunately, there was not much room to sit and eat downstairs where they breakfast area was. It was packed. Perhaps it was busier because of the holiday weekend?
I was woken up several times bc of the noise in the hallways and the sound of running water. :(
The pool was too deep for the kids to enjoy.

The dog was actually in my room which we had told the counter manager upon check-in. We had asked for maid service in my wife's room especially because we needed towels in there and Upon returning from the viewing again there was no towels. My daughter called the front desk and asked for towels and they said they would be right up but again they never brought any. As a whole, the staff seemed very unapproachable except for the young lady who was putting the fruit out on Saturday morning. She was the only one who displayed what I consider to be top notch customer service and attitude.

Pros: The price was amazing for one night stay on our way to Florida; the rooms even have their own in-room kitchen (complete with a fridge, microwave, stove and even dishwasher, also includes all dishware). The staff were friendly and had amazing customer service skills! The hotel has a small gym located inside, along with laundry services! The restuarant in the hotel has really good free breakfast and a dinner menu, we were a bit hesitant at first as it is pub style food, but it was overall tasty and delicious -they definitely put in the effort to provide you with the most satisfaction during your stay.
Cons: The room was a bit dirty -spider webs hanging in corners of the room, had spots of black mold throughout and the towels had yellow stains on them. I also had to re-wash the dishes before I could use them as they were dirty. Hard to find when pulling in due to being on top of a hill with no signs visible.

Pros: The size of the hotel room and the breakfast
Cons: Pool was closed for maintenance and staff didn't have idea when it would be open and that was one of the main reasons why we had booked this hotel. The bathroom in our hotel room didn't have a bathroom fan/vent.

Pros: Layout of room is awesome and spacious, and we loved hanging out in the room in the evenings because we didnt feel cramped. Kitchenette is nice and desk area is great. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and staff was welcoming.
Cons: The bathroom door should NOT be frosted glass! When 1 person goes to the bathroom, they wake up the other person in the room. Our toilet wobbled when we sat on it. A couple of hooks on the walls to hang garments in the bedroom area would be nice, along with luggage racks. Coffee pot is terrible. Kitchenette gets blocked by connecting doors when they are open, and the connecting doors between rooms will not stay open. Consider adding a door stop to these doors to brace them open for families. Mattress is VERY uncomfortable and squeaky.

Pros: The Motel was very busy and we should have asked for a top floor. There were three shifts of workers and they were somewhat loud. My wife has difficulties getting to sleep, so the thumping and fan which kept coming on and off did not make for a very good nights sleep. On the other hand the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. The work out room was very good! Sorry I couldn’t be totally positive!

Pros: Enthusiastic staff. Enjoyed watching final minutes of hometown football game with them and had so much fun... Dining on site handy for dinner after a day of travelling . Much prefer when breakfast is included though. Only book hotels with breakfast included, ended up here to accommodate travel companions.
Cons: Didn't receive detailed bill on checking out. Was initially booked into a smoking room, luckily they had a non-smoking one available for us.

Cons: tv picture was not sharp. My main complaint is the staff. We had two rooms so we could be in town for my mother-in-law's funeral. We brought our family pet with us and selected this hotel because it was the only pet friendly hotel at a decent price. My wife was called at her mother's funeral to be informed we were going to be charged extra because the dog was in her room. The dog was actually in my room which we had told the counter manager upon check-in. We had asked for maid service in my wife's room especially because we needed towels in there and Upon returning from the viewing again there was no towels. My daughter called the front desk and asked for towels and they said they would be right up but again they never brought any. As a whole, the staff seemed very unapproachable except for the young lady who was putting the fruit out on Saturday morning. She was the only one who displayed what I consider to be top notch customer service and attitude.
