Pros (+) I needed to have another night stay, every where in town was booked. I called Best Western, explained my dilemma. I asked to be put on a waiting list. They called me back in less than an hour. I had a room, plus an upgrade. They also honored the price I had received online. Amazing!!

Cons (-) No elevator, pool area was VERY hot
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Our room was clean.
Cons (-) If I had any complaint it was that the pool room was incredibly hot, so not particularly comfortable to sit/visit. The beds were very comfortable; if I had one thing that I would change about our room, it is that the beds were full-size, not queen size.
