Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!

Cons: We were assessed a smoking fee charge. We have two children and have never smoked in our lives. The manager Dylan Griffin had a horrible attitude and did not resolve the issue. She needed to go find "evidence" and after two hours of waiting she found that no report was filed. Really poor poor management. Stay away.

Cons: No hot tubs, sauna, or shuttles available. If I didn't get such a good deal thru booking.com it would've been too expensive for what it was. Also, the walls in the rooms seemed pretty thin as I could hear the girls in the room next to me talking most of the first night. None of these were a deal breaker and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant had fabulous, local food. This was a pleasant surprise. It’s in a location that is a very short walk (1-4 blocks) to a handful of restaurants and other amenities. The room was very well done; I love the standing shower (opposed to tub combo), the ability to login to my own Netflix/Hulu/other accounts on the tv, a lot of the furniture had wheels so you could literally rearrange to best suit your needs. I had a quick overnight stay with my 2 year old, and the blackout curtains was a tremendous help! I wish I was able to stay for a few days to better enjoy the space, and bring my husband as well!!

Cons: The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.

Pros: Good deal I liked that you can just ask for dishes when you need them to cook on your own and it was quiet. They are not wasteful. Good parking and location. Good for an affordable stay for a week if youre put out.
Cons: The breakfast counter had sugary granola bars and chocolate muffins in packets. They could've at least had fruit or something mildly healthy or without milk since I can't have it. Everything aside from the actual room was quite dirty and it reaked of chicken noodle soup. Not great for a vacation type of trip I wouldn't say.

Pros: Nice location and lobby, but that's all that hotel has going for them. Bathrooms were not clean, had mold on the walls and the drain system was poor/slow. The room itself smelled like mildew. The bed sheets were iffy and questionable. The toiletry items in our room were already used and most likely forgotten to be replaced. When we booked our two night stay, we paid for a townhouse room and got a regular room instead. I may add that I did book my room a month in advanced. During check-in I showed them my booking on my room and yet was still put in a regular room. All in all, definitely would not stay here again. Waste of money. Oh.. one of my family members who stayed there, their shower ended up backing up while showering. All that sewer water came up.

Pros: This is my second stay here. I like it here since it is nearby at the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Very convenient especially on the weekends if you are simply wanting to sight see and/or access downtown bellevue in less than 5 minutes. Also, it has an easy access to the I-405 freeway so if you are not in to Downtown Bellevue and want to head somewhere else, this hotel is good. It also surprisingly quiet at night which is really nice! The room is clean and looks modern. Guest service is also very attentive. Plentiful of parking space as well!
