Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Comfortable beds were also highlighted as a positive aspect. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning unhelpful or rude staff and slow responses to issues.
