Cons: Service was somewhat lacking. I stayed 3 nights. My room was never serviced by the cleaning crew after I checked in. Mattress was very firm and not very comfortable. Hotel nickel and dimes for everything. Self parking was $22 a night. Hotel Concierge wanted to charge me an additional $20 a night when I (a solo traveller) requested a king bed upon arrival instead of two queens, even though the hotel was half empty and the published rates of the king rooms were $35 less a night than the nightly rate I had paid for my stay.

Cons: Staff was not very professional. Didn’t honor the SPG gold upgrade as they said that they are a little hotel. Room is small and bathroom is small and outdated.

Cons: Well after prepaying for the room. For them not allowing me to get keys to the room, because of card damage and not do to lack of cash that they do not except. I had to go to my bank and get another temporary card while my other party had to wait with my luggage. Was completely unacceptable. Somebody needs to inform them that once you pay for something you are in title to it. Regardless to some policy they in place.

Cons: No shuttle to Disneyland.

Cons: Access to hotel was down an alley

Cons: No hot water in sink, shower roomy but no hangers for towels washcloths and not much pressure. rooms a bit stuffy, not much air. Parking is nightmare & you have to pay for it.

Cons: The pool area was sad. No character and the water was freezing. I was thinking about the pool all day while at Disneyland with my kiddo. I was so disappointed when I got to the pool and found it unheated. I was the only one to get in, but it was too cold to stay in it.

Cons: Room safe wasn’t secured to the room (it could be removed from the room), breakfast okay but immediate and abrupt removal or food, doesn’t feel secure (overnight team was a desk clerk and an older security officer).

Cons: Beds were very soft and uneven (our king bed was humped in the middle). Pillows were very soft - requested firmer pillows, but even those were soft. Pool is unheated which wasn't specified on the hotel website.

Cons: The walls were pretty thin and the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock.

Cons: The breakfast area is very small and hard to move around. Not enough seating, space and time was limited. This made it hard to be all ready to leave for Disney on time with a full stomach. A clothes line area to hang clothes as the dryers were always full and it was hard to manage time.

Cons: The only issue is the walk to the park is a slightly long one, you could take ART though and I would definitely do that next time

Cons: We paid for 2 days of parking nut when I asked if I could leave my car while we went to Disney they said it was an additional $15. So instead of walking across the street we had to drive to the park lot.

Cons: Parking is scarce. Can be noisy at times because of inconsiderate guests. Guests should be more considerate of the noise they make. Especially in the early morning or late hours when people are sleeping. Not sure why they don't offer breakfast free, paid or otherwise.

Cons: Room was small (expected, maybe), A/C was smelly, Carpet so unclean, Towels not always clean. Free WiFi is so slow it's unusable Breakfast is terrible, cold, not fresh, huge line to get the food (10-15 ppl in line), only few tables to sit so you can find yourself standing with food in your hands waiting for a table to become available. bottom line, this is a motel with a price of a hotel.

Cons: A little noisy with the maid service rolling carts back and forth super early in the morning. Also can hear other people in the other rooms, very thin walls. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet that we didn't notice until morning. I don't know how someone making the bed could miss that..

Cons: Rooms were ready for a remodel, shower was beginning to look its age.

Cons: There seems to be nothing special about most of the hotels along Harbor Blvd. that are within close proximity (walking distance) to the park. The whole lot the hotels are on are very long and narrow, making most of the rooms long and narrow, as well. The décor was somewhat updated. Nothing special. Beds were not that great. Didn't notice any bug, or anything. Bath tub made a weird draining noise in the middle of the night, even though we had no water running through it. Must have problems with the plumbing in this hotel.

Cons: Paper thin walls Noisy Less than ideal patrons (sadly seems not just one but multiple)

Cons: First: there was no mention of any construction during the booking. A new roof was being replaced with multiple construction trailers blocking the parking to our room. We called the front desk, we were told to share the parking with Tony Roma’s and no other room was available. First night at 12am Tony Roma’s parking lots fills with partiers and car thumping stereos. Second night, Tony Roma’s decides to clean its carpets with an industrial shop vac at 1am. We call the front desk, he won't help other than move us in the middle of the night. We called the police and they took care of it. The next day the day manager moved into a nice room for the next 2 days...never again...

Cons: When we checked out of our room we had to pay $17 dollars to park for the day when had already paid over $300 to stay for 2 days. There were cars in the parking lot with courtesy warning on their cars that were parked for over 24 hours but they will charge a customer that has already been there and paid to stay there for parking

Cons: Not much. They are remodeling. So it will only be better.

Cons: Our room was not cleaned on either day. The first day we went back to the hotel at 11:30 so I can see why it was not made up yet. The second day, we did not arrive back until 1:50 and the room was still not cleaned.

Cons: Room too small /outdated hotel/i was staying on 5th fl and the elevator was broken /no complimentary breakfast

Cons: We had 2 bedroom suite, 1 bed smelled fresh but the second kinda smelled a bit and had 2 long hairs under the sheets! I didn't call them or anything cause we only needed one bed. I would book here again!

Cons: Misleading on location. It's NOT a block from Disney's Park entrance. It's a block or so to Disney's parking garage - two different things. It's about a 20 or so minute walk to the security checkpoint.

Cons: Most of the outlets in the room about 4 out of 6, were very loose which didn't allow us to charge our electronics over night.

Cons: We arrived and checked into our room and as soon as we walked in there was a foul odor in our room. I called the front desk and the sent someone to come and spray sanitizing spray which helped a little but still did not remove the smell of mildew . Figured out it was the blankets that smelled as if they were not washed and dried properly. Next day we left and were gone all day. When returning the smell was overwhelming when we walked back into our room. We went to the front desk and we're given another room. The new room was much better but blankets still had the same slight odor ...not as bad as the other room . All we were compensated was one nights parking.

Cons: Thin exterior walls. Could hear all the service vehicles making deliveries and pick ups early in the morning.

Cons: The shower could use some updates.

Cons: The front desk or management did not let us know about their construction going on ... my the stay very uncomfortable wasn't able to rest or sleep during the day ...

Cons: I didn't like that in the picture for my room it prominently showed a balcony with two chairs, but that's not what I got. I got a balcony just bit enough to stand out at while trying not to look down from the 9th floor. I like to enjoy a cigar at the end of the day and I ended up having to stand up outside the back of the hotel on the ground level. That's why I give the facilities three stars, otherwise, would have been five across the board. But what are you going to do when the hotel is all booked up and you get the wrong room?

Cons: Checking in and not being told about the fee for parking. The broken shower Possible black mold growing in the corners of the shower With this being called a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed in the facility.

Cons: Thin walls between rooms. Average bathrooms. Shuttle is $5 per person. Parking is expensive too (more than Disneyland).

Cons: We stayed in room 325. Besides the bed skirt being filthy, the room was great. However, major construction noise at 7:30am. Across the parking lot, somethibg was being built. Very noisy and very early. Also, when asked for a late check out the night before (we knew nothing of the noise yet), we were told 12pm instead 11am without a fee. Because of the location of our room, I feel Ike that shoulde been extended to 1pm no fee. Based on availability of course. I did not call and ask again the next morning because I disnt want to have to pay.

Cons: I had to ask 3 times before the maintenance fixed the slow draining bath tub.
