I got to stay in a giant L for Lucky !! I like that the entire top deck of the boat is reserved for the letter apartments. The bathroom was very good and I loved that the portholes were so clean and big so I could get natural light inside but also sit and watch the ferries etc go past inside as it was very cold outside. The whole design of the room was really cool and I loved it. The staff are very nice also.
The only downside is that the tea & coffee & fridge are under the stairs and I am fairly tall so I had to stoop to make coffee and put things in the fridge. I think that whole section could be used for luggage storage and instead the coffee machine should be in the lounge area. If I was there for more than 2 nights I would have just moved it all.
The receptionist.. Chinese looking woman couldn't care less if we were there or not during check-in.. Bar staff were very nice
It was cheap and cheerful when we booked we were told breakfast is included and then it wasn’t so had to pay!
Bathrooms a tiny bit too small!
The staff were rude the male staff member batted his way into our room an put a chair against the door holding it open an told us to leave because we stayed half an hour over our check out time
The hotel itself was good looked good tidy breakfast good no evening food or lunch and being further out could help a lot need to sort out smoking room as not allowed by front door man that greats u for breakfast could do with charm school session
No smoking room prices very expensive for drinks breakfast with being basic accommodation
