Pros: Staff is really nice but the place needs work.
Cons: we had ants in the room, safe didn't work in the room. the staff doesn't speak any english there was mold on the AC. the bed was uncomfortable the water didn't run properly. I wish we spent more money and stayed somewhere else. It was our honeymoon too

Pros: The location was amazing. Every view from every angle was beautiful. The dinning room staff was also great.
Cons: The hotel staff (outside of the dinning room) couldn't have been less helpful or less knowledgeable. They could have also used a 24 hour menu.

Pros: The view from our room and all over the hotel was incredible. We loved being very close to Amalfi (10 min walk) but not directly in town. The staff was very nice and attentive and knowledgeable. The pool decks built into the cliff were an amazing place to hang out for the day.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world but it was fine and made up for by the rest of the hotel

Pros: Bri our first time in Amalfi this hotel was top notch ! Extremely informative and told us everything we need to know including some great food spots, how to catch buses and ferries and the times they come and go. The room itself was extremely comfortable, and high tech. Honestly one of the best stays in a hotel ive ever Done ! Thank you Hotel Amalfi i was definitely be returning during my next stay !

Pros: The staff were really helpful and eager to please. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
Cons: In general, hotels in Amalfi are hard to access and this one is no exception. While the staff thinks the hotel is easy to find, it isn't for someone new to the area. Be prepared to haul your luggage up a ton of seemingly endless stairs. Our room was also located right next to the lobby and when the staff came in in the morning, we got woken up to them chatting away. They also came in and stealthy cleaned our room while we were at breakfast one of the mornings which we thought was a bit strange because we weren't given the opportunity to lock things away and do what we needed to. It was just weird.

Pros: The view was of the ocean and was spectacular. The bathroom was beautifully tiled blue and amazing looking. The service was friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Compared to other hotels in the area at the time, we found after booking that the price was much more than average making it not ideal for the overage in price.

Pros: The location can not be beat! You are literally one block up from the waterfront and directly behind the duomo. You can get anywhere either by foot, bus, or ferry! Tons of shoppping, restaurants, sites, beaches and other small towns within reach! My room had a single bed, bath with a step in shower stall, sink, mirror and toilet, a small fridge, tv and armoire. Small but efficient. The staff was very friendly and all the facilities were clean and organized.
Cons: A little noisy being such a small venue but not street noise just hotel noise. No real toiletries to speak of so pack what you need.
