Pros (+) Staff was fantastic, this was the highpoint of the stay Lounge area was very comfortable.
Cons (-) The mattresses were very, very uncomfortable. Stayed in a 'lower tier' hotel the previous two nights and the mattresses were far superior. Limited hours for Starbucks .. wondering why it was even there. Limited breakfast offerings ... liked the old style courtyard breakfast restaurant much better.
