Pros (+) Our reservation was mixed up, the staff was very helpful on resolving the issue. Pool was clean and warm.
Cons (-) Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on!! We went to bed at midnight and woke up at 4:30 unable to sleep any longer. Pillows were half the normal size. TV wouldn't move so you could only see it from one of the beds.

Cons (-) Requested a refund right away! When I walked into my room the smell was horrible. When i came back from dinner I asked the front desk if all the rooms smelled. I was told they were having issues.
