Good customer service
Very expensive hotel. The movies in the rooms are 20$ each. No HBO or any good channels really. Restaurant in the hotel is outrageously expensive (making room service also very expensive). 10$ for bowl of cereal, 25$ for shorts tack of pancakes. Food is really bad too. Like surprisingly very bad. Soggy fries, Bad salads, sandwiches, pizzas
Overall the property was excellent!
A foul order in ventilation system.
In DC near DuPont circle, but quiet on weekend days. Price of room offers decent value.
Super expensive parking, $55/day. Not in the heart of the action in DC.
Good deal for the price
Expensive car valet and shower heads were in need of repair. Water temp fluctuated too much. I spent more time adjusting it rather than showering
The beds are remarkably comfortable. The staff is affable and efficient. My wife left her jewelry in the room. We called once we were home and spoke to Doris. She found the jewelry and called us back right away and will mail the jewelry to us. OVERALL 5 STARS.
Very quiet, clean, love the bed!! Great shower
Parking options,40 dollars for valet and limited alternatives
Great fitness room, nice linens. Very quiet room. Internet (which you have to pay for) actually worked. Good location. Bar downstairs serves good food, and location is perfect.
Customer service was bad, no wi fi in the room, very slow wifi in the lobby, printer wasnt working. I wouldnt stay there again.
The location was fantastic (Dupont Circle), you are within walking distance of most of the big sites in DC and if you aren't, then rent a bike about a block up and ride around. My room was excellent. I stayed alone and had plenty of space, I really liked the look of the hotel from the room window, it was a unique design. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I think I got a pretty good bargain on my room and would definitely stay here again.
I wasn't a fan of paying $13 a night for Wi-Fi. Although, if I remember this right, if you are paying for a week it is considerably cheaper. I considered ordering breakfast but the prices are a little steep so I went out. While the location is superb for the main attractions the one catch is that you are about 2 miles from Union Train and Bus station. Even though I walked, it would be best to take a cab. The bed was pretty comfortable but I had to sleep more on one side than in the middle because of a slight raise. I'm usually picky about pillows but these were pretty good though a little too big.
Loved the renovations!
Disliked how thin the walls are; I heard the occupant on the other side of the wall my bed was against all night.
Very nice, clean rooms. Fairly close to all of the tourist attractions and museums. The staff was very polite.
No free wifi, parking cost $42/night
It was under construction, dusty, and this was no disclosed on the web.
Fitness facilities were dirty/tiny Room was poorly cleaned, phone was broken
It is being remodeled and is noisy and dusty. Low rating due to construction
