Pros (+) Quick stay, but check in was super easy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and updated. Also great water pressure! Everything we wanted/needed.

Pros (+) We stayed one night as we were attending a performance at the Kennedy Center. The location was great- we walked to the venue and got a quick and cheap cab ride back. We also walked to the monuments and major DC attractions. The location is great, and there is a Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks nearby, if you don't want to pay high restaurant prices for breakfast. The room was gorgeous, and we had a vi...
Cons (-) Really nothing to complain about. The parking is expensive, and valet only but you don't really need a car to see the DC tourist sites, and the parking fee was comparable to every other hotel in the area. Free breakfast would have been nice, but I don't expect it in this type of hotel. I didn't use the restaurant, and instead went to Starbucks for breakfast and coffee.

Pros (+) Very clean. Very comfortable rooms. Located near GWU so the neighborhood is not far from fun activity, yet quiet when need be. Friendly staff and they check on you at least 3-4 times a day.
Cons (-) Aging facilities. One of the buildings located across the street from homeless people in tents, which brings you back to reality about ther affordable housing situation within this country.
