Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, many express strong dissatisfaction with the lack of staff or personal contact, describing the service as impersonal or non-existent. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests reporting issues such as dirty bathrooms and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort and room size also receive negative remarks, with mentions of uncomfortable mattresses and cramped spaces. Parking arrangements are another source of frustration, with unclear instructions and unexpected fees. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
