Fabulous beds, staff friendly and mostly understood us
The rooms could have been cleaned better. I have gray hair and the long strands that fell to the floor still there day after day. The coffee table wasn't cleaned down once during our stay and the bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. This was our second and last stay

Right in the middle of everything, great big lovely rooms and fantastic service, this is a hidden gem! From the minute you enter, the front desk team are so welcoming ( welcome home they say everytime you return) Suraya was the most attentive and friendly host I have ever had , even organising us a breakfast box to takeaway as we did Mount Batur and missed breakfast . The pool was beautiful and the grounds were well kept and inviting. The rooftop spa was something else and the service was exceptional ( so relaxed I forgot to ask for her name sadly) . Having booked a villa elsewhere for 3 nights and been extremely dissapointed we ended up moving to here last minute instead by recommendation, although I think quiet for the time of year , we were so amazed at the service and style of the hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to come back
